C T: Just moved to MA and I can't express how much I love this place❤️. The hot food bar service is wonderful and all of the older women (bà) and men (ông) are incredibly FRIENDLY!!!! They often made jokes and striven to make the customers' day. It's like shopping in a grandma and grandpa's shop. I can't be any more happier.That aside, the foods! The foods are super authentic Vietnamese's cuisine. From the ingredients, sauce, herbs, to the broths. I can't believe I found such a hidden treasure in Springfield. The 3 broth dishes - beef noodle (phở bò), fermented anchovy noodle (Bún mắm), and spicy beef noodle (Bún bò Huế) are cooked by a very sweet grannny.I had eaten from many places and believe me that most the broths are diluted, unflavored with minimal spices and aroma. This place does not held back, they will simmer stocks and bones for a long amount of hours and it shows in the broth. Hard work and sincere customer services? Yes please!! Sign me up.They also have a nice amount of Korean, Chinese, Japanese dry and frozen goods. This is not a massive super Walmart so stocks are limited, but I saw that they do a great job restocking every weekend. I like to support small family store and this place is my go to!!

My favorites had to include lychee, longan, rambutan, milkfruit, inotea canned boba, ramune, boba kits(includes; tea, milk powder, boba, and brown sugar), New Zealand gooseberries, big cuts of taro, huge king oyster mushrooms, and much more. They even offer boba drinks made in-house and taro sticky rice and coconut deserts.I do believe they offer hot foods made in house but I wasn’t able to get anything hot this time.

tehran johnson: This place should be demolished by the city I'm shocked that people will shop there. They have out dated items went to get teas most of them was outdated and dusty. Produce was withered or rotten. If you're a cigarette smoker check the dates they are a year to two years old but they charging people full price for old stale cigarettes. Please lets not mention the smell of rotten meat.

I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic food from the India/southeast Asia region. It has a lot less for the Chinese/Japanese etc food, but there are other stores for that. A great establishment for the things provided there.

As a Vietnamese, I came to support the local business.After reading the reviews, I expected this place to be friendly. It was not.A young Vietnamese woman with heavy make up at the register was incredibly rude and unfriendly. She never smiled and when I asked where are certain stuffs, she just stared at me for a very long time and pointed, when she spoke English just fine.She did not represent the warm Vietnameses’ customer service back home.If anyone just wants to come there for the products, I would say it is great. As for the register, just avoid the woman.
