Alicia Wamsley: Ok so, I tried really hard to love this place. The Dr is great and caring, but they are sadly very disorganized. I've been coming since December 2019. On 3 occasions I have scheduled appointments just to find the building is closed or the office is closed. That's more than enough chances over the course of 2 months. If the scheduling issue is fixed this would easily be a 5 star review.

Jason Leary: Dr Morin took me in when I couldn't find any help, I was in so much pain I Could barely walk or work and was in immense pain(missing work). No one else seemed to care about my situation but luckily through calling multiple offices i got his number, and i couldn't be happier, after the first visit i was eased into getting better with improvements every appointment. I could not give a higher recommendation for anyone that is looking for a doctor to help them.

Jessica Balise: Where do I begin!!He can crack a back...sorry adjust your back. Just don't rely on much else without a headache. Small office full of excuses.I thought I wrote a review when he was pushing them to all his clients (note the influx of reviews in one span). I recently announced I was no longer going to be a client. I was forgotten to be put back on the schedule a half dozen times since I started in 2016. For a month straight I was given an appointment time that was announced didn't work with my schedule if I was put on at all. (and NO, I'm not just walking in...) Although he can do his job, he lacks professionalism! He will talk down to you so have thick skin.Oh and check your payments vs what insurance says you should be paying. He'll be dodgy and blame his 3rd party biller every time. I asked in the beginning of December for my detailed billing. Was told it would be 7-10 days if they were backed up and my final charge would be on 1/3/2023...when I told them they took the wrong amount, he just told me to go back to my 12/5/2022 email that stated what should have been done. Instead of taking time to look into it, he quickly replied and once again...made sure I felt small. We are hovering 14 business days since my request. All I asked for was an update. A normal business would either not reply so quick or say "looking into it"...nope, he and his team did the opposite.Any concerns I brought up (like wanting x-rays post an accident - that he yelled at me for talking with the workman's comp insurance company) were ignored. I asked for 2 years on and off about x-rays as things were not getting better and the pain was more consistent. He has an x-ray machine upstairs and although stairs were hard for me, I would have easily gone upstairs and had them done for his fee. After some issues with my PCP ordering the right ones...turns out I have bone spurs! I relayed that to Dr Thomas and he told me that it shouldn't cause my pain and that's not the issue...really doc?? multiple bone spurs ON my spine aren't going to correlate to the pain radiating from my spine, my muscle spasms (that get so bad I give myself whiplash - he did diagnose that right somehow). It's literally part of a chiropractors job to work to diagnose and treat the pain and he wanted me to ignore the diagnosis.
