C Rose: Packages are only available for pickup 730pm-830pm. The hours open are very misleading, and you are unable to directly contact this Customer Center.
Mike Koto: Very poor delivery and customer service! Driver falsified deliver. Called to complain the CS number is automated and does not let you speak to a Manager or Supervisor. UPS is terrible no Accountability!!! People should look to alternative delivery companies UPS just doesn’t care and makes no effort to remedy the problem. Hope they go out of business. MK

Charles Daraghy: About all you can do here, is, pick up a missed delivery same day, as it opens at 7:30pm and you have to call first to arrange such a pickup. For dropping off a return if you have a label go to the UPS store farther south next to the movie theater.

They took a damaged package for claim investigation, damaged it much more while investigating. 🤦‍♂️UPDATE: The UPS responses here “please contact us…” are useless. I contacted them , and those agents have no idea what they’re doing, at first there saying “contact the sender” then “we understand your package was lost but tracking shows it was delivered” . Total mess.
larry dooby: I never got my package like it said it was delivered. If you call the 800 number, their only number, they will not let you speak to an agent. A robotic voice answers and says, I'm sorry you're not allowed, please go online

Only open for 1 hour but their drivers aren't back before they open... or even close so you can pay $8 for the privilege of driving 27 miles to this location only to find out they don't have your package, and the driver isnt back yet, and he accidentally labledit delivered and signed for by someone who isn't the listed reciever. Even though it has a signature requirement. But that was just an accident and the drivers bringing it back. So I got here at 730 and will hopefully have my package tonight when he makes it back.Ups is in shambles.
Regal Randy: Decent place, the worker that accepted my package was helpful but it's hard to get here. You have to make a circle around these back roads because it's only accessible from a one-way street. Gave it a 3 because you cannot call these places and the automated phone service is an ABOMINATION. Seriously I they deserve 0 stars. You can't speak to anyone or ask general questions without a 15 minute wait and going through at least 5 phone prompts where you ask for a human and it tells you it doesn't recognize that and then asks if you'd like to speak to a human representative. You say yes and it puts you through 2 more automated machines. What? Imagine you had 1 IQ and wanted to make it as challenging as possible for quick, simple questions to be asked. That's UPS!
alicia williams: Came here to pick up my package that said it was in west Springfield customer service couldn’t help 2 employees in the back that work on the truck just walking around. Doors locked. Hours say 7:30-8. So it’s like they’re stealing my package
Joe DeForge: Worst customer service ,trying to speak to a human . Than the person can't give you an answer. Said I need to speak to a supervisor. Put me on hold for almost an hour. I gave up. My package, was forgotten at the facility. A very expensive musical instrument. Waited all day for delivery. And you can only pick up your packages there between 730 and 830 pm? Why not during the day?

They then claimed they rung the door bell and no one came to the door we have 4 cameras and two connecting to the door bell the driver never even attempted to deliver the package a sweet women name Kathy called me and tried to help I’m so frustrated with ups in Windsor locks something needs to be done. I paid for shipping and now have to pick up my packages make it make sense

Candy Twain: For it to be a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, it is not doing a good job—such a joke. I arrived after going to a different UPS ACCESS POINT to pick up my package. I was then sent here, and when I entered, the guy didn't want to acknowledge me even though I was the only one standing there; I probably wasn't his favorite color. However, I overlooked that and greeted him and told him my purpose here. He then went around and checked and said he didn't see it. I told him I called "800 lines," and they told me it was here. He then said, " WHAT'S YOUR TRACKING NUMBER? I told him I didn't have it with me, but it was on my phone in my car. While talking to him, he turned his back on me and ignored me. I said hello, but he didn't answer. I went ahead again because I decided I was leaving with my package. He then answered me, " Yeh, who gets it! It's his tone for me. I got the number, he called someone up they told him it was around there, he went ahead and found my package. That guy does not love his job, and they should either increase his pay or fire him.
diana ricci: Driver came to deliver dialysis supplies for Baxter. Put them on the side porch. When I interacted with him about the error (front porch), he gave me a hard time, 50 million questions and was very rude. Grudgingly he moved the supplies but refused to bring them ino the house. Today I found more supplies delivered to the side porch and a ,UPS truck peeling out of my driveway. I'm a not well elderly dialysis patient with her dialysis fluid out on a side porch. Baxter will here about this.

Commercial Biz: Drivers will lie about their delivery attempt. I had to pay to get my package redelivered. I Even had my brand new pair of shoes stolen a few years back. The driver claimed he delivered the package, but when I called the ups office the name of person who signed for the package doesn't exist. Had to purchased my shoe all over again because I had an event to attend. Never had these problems with the Hartford office or drivers.
Born to ride: Nice satellite UPS center if you miss your driver at your shop and absolutely must ship that day. It's also great if you don't have a shop and just need to get a package out. They are very helpful here. I will go there again.

Isabel Lindsay: BEWARE - RECONSIDER WORKING HERE.I was hired as a Part Time worker for UPS. A couple days ago, I had contracted Covid. I took precautions such as, quarantine for 4 work days and had informed our Supervisor Vaughn through Messages (phone number). They said I was let go because it was only a seasonal position - mind you, it was never said on emails, in orientation, or anywhere else. I believe they fired me because I got covid.What’s even WORSE:We were told $18 an hr (everyone that was at my orientation) and nobody knew what we were talking about. * I stayed and they honored it.Showing up to work to be told that you can go home sometimes within 1st minute - 1 hour.* one time the supervisor did text us saying we didn’t have to show up.They took advantage of not just me- other people too. By NEVER informing us it was SEASONAL.**** If it was Seasonal, why would they want us to join their Union that’s $500 a YEAR* Many company’s can get lawsuits for(WRONGFUL) CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL- Look up the definition* Our supervisor also, if you missed a day, the next workday, he would move you to a different position that wasn’t your normal area just to make the time being there worse for you. Not only has this happened to me BUT OTHER PEOPLE TOO
Lisa: Someone quit here last Saturday and they had to close early at 3pm as a result. We showed up at 310pm unknowing and a woman inside flagged us down and helped us as we turned around to leave. She didn't have to do that, but I really appreciate her taking the time to do so. I wish I got her name. Maybe one day she will read this and know that I appreciate her. Our family in Virginia got all their Christmas packages on time!
