Shortly after at 11:00am a bailiff walks in with a white gentleman in his mid 50s. He says “hey Jess this is a buddy of mine” he needs help filling out some forms for child support!While the black folks who were in the hallway wating for the next 3hrs, she lets the man in placing him at the front of the line as a favor to the bailiff. She thought no one noticed but I did!As for me I had to do everything for myself because after I told her she didn’t know how to do her job! Shortly after her incompetent intern misinformed me on what my next steps were for a small claim, she said she was “done with me”....So I asked her for her supervisors number. Someone who she says goes by the name Karen! She then proceeds to give me said number on a post it note and when I called it guess who picked up? Jessica. She said she would fwd me to Karens voicemail but hung up on me instead! SHE DESERVES TO BE FIRED

Needless to say the got a 1 star ⭐️ after leaving me in the court room from 830-4. There is a clear lack of professionalism/communication. I expect more from Springfield and hope you guys get your act together!

Daniele L: Most staff is very helpful.BUT, my favorite part of having to conduct business here is when you go through security at the front door. There are a couple of 🎶singing🎶 security guards who are pretty cheerful, and that cheer is pretty contagious.

J.: I feel that everyone here does thier best to uphold both the letter and spirit of the law. From a layman's perspective, I see many hard working people in varying positions, who, like many of us, love what they do, and do it for the right reasons.

free dumb: I can never thank the chicopee court enough for assisting me through a very difficult domestic violence, restraining order, situation. Im grateful to the judge the DA and the police for taking me seriously and while I wasn't able to emotionally handle the the legal process. I was provided the safety and advocacy that I needed to get out of a harmful situation. the clerks office is not the most helpful if you show up near the time they want to go home. I rec. going earlier in the day when the clerk can be present for your needs.

Well 1 judge and her bailiff are I was discriminated because I had anxiety in the court room do to the bailiff bothering me making claims that I was clicking something when I had nothing to click i requested he leave me alone he did not which made my anxiety worse then the judge told me to have my anxiety outside like I can control it when her bailiff won't leave me alone! No justice will be found by judge vaga and her bailiff ever when they discriminate again disable people! I have tried to report this judge and her bailiff and nothing was done! Great system chicopee has!
