The Loft Comedy Club: what do users think?
Gino Paulino: Cool place, would have to agree with others that the seating is terrible. If it's crowded, expect to get cozy next to lots of strangers.
Xanna S.: This place is the definition of an ideal comedy club. There's not one bad seat, unless of course you go last minute (rather then 20+ mins ahead they suggested). Just saw Josh Potter this past weekend and my friends and I have already bought more tickets for Mary Lynn Rajskub in May! Can't wait! Such a hidden gem. Thank you. Drinks & food, normal bar prices duh
David Nieves Jr.: Fun place to spend some time. The local comics were great.
Paul Guilbault: Had a blast It was alot of fun.
Jeremy Rossman: The seating is terrible, with long rows of tables instead of individual round tables. This makes it so you will almost certainly be sharing a table with strangers if it's packed, so dont expect a nice night out. The owner must not care at all about comfort or customers or the acts, only profit. The noise and light from the bar is also distracting. It's a shame because there is a lot of potential for a comedy club in this area.
TTC #PRO: My experience was warm , I came too support my co - worker it was his first stand up comedy show. So as he of that day now he's invited back every Thursday, so like I said my experience was warm & got to see & experience Chicopee Massachusetts comedy!
CurbsideBoot: Great Place
Ana Pereira: Super clean bathrooms, esthetically pleasing, & the comedy club upstairs is an amazing venue. Very intimate. Bartenders are attentive. Recommend the drive.
Dennis Parent: They have some great comedy shows here. The comedians are so funny and i enjoy the shows that they have. Keep up the great work.
maryann Crossman: Had a great time! I will be back! Thanks for the show
Melissa Meliii: Amazing place for laughs and a good time
Jasmin Winnie: Great value! Cool, local spot. Already have plans to go back. Check this place out.
Gary Thomas: Greatll
Omy La Colora: Me encantó, es un lugar muy tranquilo, muy bueno para pasarla bien
Eileen Cyr: Lots of laughs
Terence Williams: The best comedy in Chicopee!!!
W.Sabrina Jamison Keaton: Great spot for comedy will be putting on my schedule for Thursday Nights 8:30
Godfrey Ainooson: Great comedy club in Western Massachusetts. Saw Ryan Davis perform there, and it was great. Very good acoustics, good staff. The bathroom is a bit far from the comedy showroom, but that's about it
Stacie W: I had a great time and a lot of laughs. It's not a big place nor is it small. The food I had was good and the Moscato kept flowing.
Matthew Hollander: comedy night on a tuesday -good drink selection -no frills stagegood energy to the placewaitress friendly
Natas Louis: I liked the owner, he's a nice guy. We attended tonight's fundraiser comedy event where I met him this evening. The headliner was really good, as was the food. Best bistro-style food around, I'm sure. (They were out of everything but 2 items on the menu, so I had the fried onion, twice. It was clear that the food was one of the main attractions.) Best cheesy onion dip I've ever had. Coke wasn't flat and was really nice. The opening acts swore more than my father (who was a navy man from the South, so the potty, private parts & pee humor peppered with extreme profanity were pretty intense, I can assure you.) That said, this particular show was more geared toward the gentlemen, or a crowd such as in an area such as Chicopee. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The space and seating were ample and comfortable, which is located close enough to the stage to allow for interaction. The acoustics and sound were perfect. Easy to hear yet not overpowering, which I definitely appreciated. If you're in the area and are in the mood for really memorable bistro pub food and a show, definitely plan to visit.

Happier Valley Comedy: what do users think?
L B: This is such an amazing place in so many ways (and I was not incentives in any way to write this). I get to laugh and guidance in making others occasionally laugh, and a community of great people, some of whom have become solid friends) and it's all done so in a safe place for all. And I get to get outside of my head in the best of ways. Lastly, I've been able to take what I've learned here and bring it to my outside world -- stepping into unknown, scary situations and trusting myself a bit more despite the fear. Oh, and, truly, the teachers are spectacular in every which way an amazing teacher is.
Peggy Gruen: Happier Valley Comedy has increased the joy in my life immeasurably.
Pam Haskins: Classes are fantastic. Shows are hysterical. If you are questioning if you should jump in and take that first class, don't hesitate any longer!
Sue Keller: Absolutely amazing! The professional shows are as good as or better any improv I seen in Boston or Chicago, with an engaging variety of formats week to week. The school has classes for all levels, exceptional teachers, and learning the skills of improv have been life changing for my personal life and professional career. Huge positive impact, and a wonderfully warm, fun community. Next Door Lounge is the perfect place to hang with friends before and after the show, and get into the action with the after show!Brava!
David Ruderman: I love to see high quality and variety of Improv shows every Saturday night. And free "After-Shows" in the very new bar next door. There's also free Friday night fun with regular events like open-mic story telling. But the big secret is that there is a rich and comforting school of improv here as well with beginner and advanced classes, a community of kind people, so adults can have fun, be silly, and even be occasionally serious. I've never been disappointed with a show or a class - or even the low ticket price. No experience necessary? Sign me up!
The Ben Kent Show: I’ve taken improv classes all along the east coast, and with great confidence I’d like to share that Happier Valley Comedy is crème of the crop for internalizing and digesting learned info, and effectively leveraging it on stage. Pam and Scott continue to build this one-of-a-kind not one size fits all community I’ve been absorbed into.HVC is no Upright Citizen Brigade as they immediately put you on stage. Here, improv methodology and games effectively build up to the stage work. As I was eager to jump right onto the stage (given that’s my personality), I found this to be an effective and powerful way for the class to put their instilled knowledge to use.I only have positive things to say about Happier Valley Comedy. It’s the only improv group in the area, and I wouldn’t have wanted another group in place. I recommend that anyone interested in experiencing or pursuing growth in improv comedy should both contact either Pam or Scott, and go see a performance—you’ll probably meet someone new : )
Lisa Amato: I highly recommend HVC improv classes to any person out there who wants to learn something new laughing all the way through! 5 star review!
Julie Cavacco: Happier Valley Comedy shows always leave me laughing. The opportunity to head over to Next Door is great. Talking about the shared experience is so much fun.
Megan Harding: Happier Valley is such a magical world. There are so many ways to connect with them -- take classes, take workshops, go to shows, join the community of funny friends. They are committed to equity pricing for BIPOC students in recognition of the additional burden of being in mostly white space. The community s full of kind, funny and warm people. And they were super respectful during COVID. Thanks for everything, HVC
Sarah Getoff: Happier Valley Comedy is such a wonderful place, on so many levels! Their comedy shows are consistently hilarious, their classes are fun and empowering, their teachers are warm and inviting, and they are committed to being a business with a conscience. Oh! And now they've opened the Next Door Lounge (you guessed it, right next door!) where they offer FREE fun every Friday night. Game nights, trivia nights, stand up comedy with no cover charge! What?! Bravo HVC!!
Michael Brushway: I have taken three Improv classes at Happier Valley Comedy and found them to be a great way to get out and have fun while learning and growing as a person. The lessons I've learned have been just as valuable outside of class as in (maybe even more so)! If you'd like to feel like you could jump into the unknown and land on your feet, then jump into Improv class here.
Zack Katz: So much fun. So welcoming. So personal. So joyful and easy! The classes are a great place to practice having fun with others. They teach me to be present and be generous. The shows are a blast. Next Door Lounge is low-key, clean, and vibrant.I’m so grateful for HVC and Pam and Scott making this available to everyone!
Linda Thompson: OMG!! What wonderful place to enjoy entertainment and laughs. So talented and they are an amazing team.Oh! Check out the "NEXT DOOR LOUNGE" right next to the Happy Valley Comedy (HVC) too... It's a really fun place to play games, enjoy entertainment and have exotic drinks with friends. You can even order food from neighborhood restaurants or bring your own.I can't say enough good things about HVC.
Jack Cavacco: Had a wonderful evening at Happier Valley Comedy’s Saturday show tonight. What a clever group! And, afterwards, was able to chat about the show over a beer at the Next Door lounge. Highly recommended. You should check it out!
Karin Perlman: Fun!!
Laura Porter: Such an awesome place! Love HVC!!!

John Dula: Went at 5pm, couldnt even tell it was open, sat down had 4 mixed drinks , bar tab was 45.00. Bartender was talking about how much riff raff comes in after 10pm and they need to hire Police details . Over priced drinks for area. Need to drive through shady streets to get to it on dead end. They dont serve food even tho they said they were gonna start a year or two ago. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Hartford Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant: what do users think?
Z M: Went to see Eddie Griffin 4/29 the show was a great of course. Place was packed! This was the last show for the weekend, you’d think the staff and management would be more prepared but unfortunately I was waiting forever to get my first and only drink as were many.
Sheila EL-Amin: Ran out of Nachos, not enough staff to take of customers, getting drinks and food at the end of the show
i w: Very great prices for shows.Seating really tight and uncomfortable. Not a fan of food service. Please move out of mall.
Jazmyne Turner: This is “VIP” seating. The website is very misleading. You believe you will pay more and have a table with just your guest. As you can see the VIP table is not even big enough to order food and dine comfortably. Myself along with 24 other guest we’re extremely dissatisfied. I asked for a refund and I would leave the show due to the false advertisement on our seating and paying a higher price and was denied by the manager whom did not care what so ever how myself nor the other guests felt. I believe it is a act of greed for the increase in price. I will not return due to the very poor customer customer at the funny bone no consideration or accommodation. I’ve never seen so many guest so unhappy at a comedy event.
BOLT S: Good show
Madeline Herrera (Flaca): Great show.. but with lots of confusion 😕 we kept getting other people's food and to boot no options for people with food allergies!
Jackie Hernandez: The only thing good was Shawn Wayans. The service is terrible. We sat at table 2 next to the stage and not one waiter helped us. We waived at a few to come serve us and not one helped. One said our table wasn’t hers and gave us attitude then another said she will see why we haven’t been waited on and will help if no one came to help and never saw her again. As we left we saw that every single table had food and drinks and we were the only ones not helped. Worst service ever!!!!
TheCook's Books: Love the food, drinks and the atmosphere. My dream is to perform there very soon.
Rose Mabry: The people was great the show was great went Brandon Marshall I want to be there the food was great I love the drinks but that night there was no blender so no great drinks but all and all I love it will come again come on may lol
Jim Upton: The comic was good but this place is a train wreck operationally. It was literally impossible to get food or drink for over an hour after we arrived, and then the drinks were warm and the food was cold. Eat somewhere else and show up at the last minute.
Jamie Laskow: Great comedian. Good food.. poor management...
Faith McCann (Enchantments Sacred Space): So much fun! Great entertainment! Great food! Great service!! Only one downside. . . I can only give 5 stars!! Deserves 10!!!
katey avia: First time attending, the comedian was great but the show began 90 minutes late. Stood in line outside the venue in the mall for almost 2 hours with no explanation from staff. Then got inside to find INCREDIBLY cramped seating. Purchased tickets as "table for 2" without the understanding that we'd be seated at a table of four. It's so cramped and you constantly have to adjust as the waitstaff move through. Not worth the $42 ticket price.
Mike D: Saw Brad Upton here with an opening act. Sorry, I can't remember her name right now, but both were very good. The atmosphere and staff were great. They have table service for both food and drinks. If you don't want to wait, you can go out to the bar to grab your drink. My advice would be to eat before you go and just have drinks while you watch the show. While they have a good selection of food, what we had was not worth it. They get two ☆☆ for that.
Wanda Ortiz: Great place.. food was high price..
Side 2 Side: Best experience ever. They treat comedians with respect, the food is good, the drinks are awesome, the service is fire and you're guaranteed to have the best time ever.
Tim Keogh: As a comedy club I would give them 4 stars but add in the fact that they don't realize they really can't serve food because they packed us in so tightly there is no room for service or setups or elbow room. But we did have a great time.
steve jalbert: Small place very tight. Service is a little sketchy as so many people in a small place. So people didn't get food till an hour in to show. But u what to see an act then good place as your right there. Can get a drink but don't expect to get one every 15 mins won't happen
Rick Nelson: Brad Upton did not disappoint! Great show. The food and service are Horrible! Plan to have a meal before or after the show. The venue suggests arriving at 6:00pm, you'll stand in line for at least an hour. Understaffed, but no excuse for bad service, watered down drinks and seating worse than your worst airline experience. Go for the show, not the food or drinks.
Cheryl Ericson: The comedian was fantastic. As for the food, horrible! 3 of us had a salad with chicken, only had two tiny pieces of chicken, no croutons, no tomatoes and it took 10 minutes to get silverware to eat it with a lot of attitude from the waitress. They don’t have to give you good service because your tip is already included in your bill. I would advise everyone to eat before you go. If your hungry once you’re there, maybe order a simple small appetizer that you can eat with your fingers.
Ashley P: Absolutely horrible
