Hector Torres: Terrible company to refuse a disabled elderly lady an application over a recent small debt of $200 after reading the reviews , I wouldn’t want my family living here anyway. I will be getting the media involved in this mess of a company.

Emmett Holland: Would rather kick you out of an apartment than fix the issues with it. Had issues with apartment since move in, never got fixed, dealt with it for 8 years. Withheld rent as allowed by MA law to give them an incentive to actually get things fixed, instead they tried to evict me. Refused to work with me at all even though I had recently had surgery that I had to risk further issues by moving by a certain date prior to getting a doctor's consent to lift heavy objects. To give an idea of how bad the state of this place was that I was renting, I actually had the ceiling of my bedroom cave in on me and it never got completely fixed. There were outlets that didn't work, heat in a room that didn't work, water damage, missing screens, and a bunch of other things. Had the maintenance guys come to fix issues, but they usually claimed to not see a problem or claimed that they fixed things and they were not actually completely fixed. Luckily I found a bigger place that's actually cheaper and feels more like a home than an overglorified closet and hallway. There's alot more I could say regarding issues with this company, such as being harassed, defamed, slandered, publicly humiliated, lied to, discriminated against, etc (all a long story), but I would just suggest that anyone else who would potentially rent property from them find another place.
