mike riley: Communication was very bad, I was never called once to provide info it was always me reaching out trying to find out what was going on. Was told the machine would be in the shop starting Monday so I waited until the following Friday to call after I hadn't heard anything. Then waited until the next week on maybe Thursday to call back for another update, He said one switch would be replaced and I was told I could come pick the machine up the next day.I asked for an emailed invoice before I went there and the guy said he would in a few minutes. I didn't receive the invoice and let a week pass by before I called again to say I needed an invoice in order to pick the machine up, so I was told oops I forgot to do that I will get that right over to you. Another 4 days went by before the invoice was sent. Here I am reaching out trying to get a bill so that I can pay these people, I have never had to make multiple calls to a business so that I could give them money.I show up and the machine apparently had a slow tire leak, You would think if somebody saw it getting really low they would take an air hose and 3 minutes to make sure it didn't go completely empty but not here, so now the thing is sitting on the rim and I have no choice but to get it loaded and drive it on the rim up the trailer. What's better is the switch I was told would be replaced wasn't touched.

William Crawford: I brought my 643 to them for complaints of leaking diesel and hydraulic fluid, as well as having seal replaced that they previously recommended. I called on a Thursday and was told they would be able to get it back to me for the following Thursday if I overnighted parts, and it would be approximately 12 hours of labor. I later had a call saying it was going to be 25 hours of labor with a. total of around 3400 and I agreed to it. They're communication after this point was much lacking with now update saying it was going to take almost a whole second week, I called on Thursday and was told it would be available later in the day, however I did not get a call back and called at 730 Friday morning to be reassured it would be finished that day, then by the mid afternoon, not getting and update, I called again and got information that it wouldn't be don't until the following week. It wasn't until Wednesday when I called and found out it was finished. But nickel and dimed up to 4800 for small parts that "if replaced now while its opened up wouldn't require any additional labor" AND ITS STILL LEAKING FLUID I don't know if this was just a bad set of days for them or what But I cannot recommend them for service due to their severe lack of customer service and communication.

Kody Clark: Fantastic experience with staff so far, real friendly and was real flexible to make things work for what I needed. Compared to some other rental places I would say prices are close maybe a little more expensive but based on there rental staff (Jesse) working with us it is totally worth it.

Emily King: Unless you have time to waste with useless parts guys, don’t bother with this place. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to pick something up and couldn’t get there til 4:30 (closing time) called ahead earlier in the day and asked if this would be an issue. Woman on the phone said no problem. Got there at 4:30, parts guy is completely checked out, tells me he can’t sell me the parts that are sitting there because I don’t have an account, he doesn’t have paperwork, they’re closed, etc and that I’ll have to come back in the morning. Businesses in the area tell us they won’t even buy Volvo equipment anymore, that’s how miserable this place is to deal with when you’re trying to get parts.
