Heidi Kehl: Visiting from Florida and noticed this shop while I was waiting for a hair appointment. I stopped in and grabbed a couple of cookies. Oh. My. Goodness! So delicious and the pastry chef/owner is very sweet. If I lived in the area I’d be there all the time!

It took a weeks worth of phone calls, texts and emails before I finally got a reply that even though I was charged my order was never received by the store. It is 4/8 and I am still awaiting a refund. It is been extremely frustrating trying to contact and communicate with this business.

Eric Vick: Well, if you're from around the area and you maintain a plant based or vegan diet, you'd know that it is extremely difficult to locate fresh desserts to satisfy your sugar cravings.Hot Oven cookies scratches that itch! There's this chocolaty, nutty, melt away cookie called THE CRAGGY CHIP that I've finally tried and can't get enough of.It was hard to get at first because every time I went, they were sold out. Funny because the vegan crowd isn't that prevalent in the area for this to happen. Nevertheless, the rest of the people in the area still seem to prefer this dairy-free snack.I now know why.

Sheila is a true genius when it comes to being a pastry chef and the absolute specialty combinations that she creates are incredibly delicious. Highly recommend the lemon cheesecake. Today I had a s’mores one that was to die for. My husband says the owner’s enthusiasm for cookies reminds him of me LOL get there asap!

Now that I DO know, I will be a regular. Got a chance to try it today and samples 3 types: dark choc. sea salt chip, boozy cake batter, and guava cheesecake.10/10. I don't even have a picture to share because my fam basically raided the box they were so good. EXCELLENT flavors, and I know I have more to try.Owner and staff are SUPER nice and friendly, love supporting a local woman-owned business, and the product is phenomenal. Not only good for a treat but can see these being the sort of gift you bring someone, or dessert you show up to a summer party with and have a big hit with everyone.
alexa jacques: Cookies are okay however they are served cold and not hot. Wouldn’t recommend going to try because they will probably be closed, hardly ever open always excuses.
BA III: I am a regular to HOC ( Hot Oven Cookies) and love to " Share the cookie Love". They have a great selection of cookies. It would be hard to find a place in Springfield with better cookies ( at least I haven't). They are always creative with cookies and brookies and have some flavorful combinations. My favs are the Guava Cheesecake, Rum Raisin Oaties and the Just PB.
Melanie Cunningham: I ordered a gift card for my brother and it was taking a while to get to him. Like, 2 weeks and he only lives a town over. This was obviously not their fault, but an issue with the postal service. Long story short, this woman HAND DELIVERED the gift card to his home. That is what I would call going way above and beyond and offering A+ service. I was truly blown away.

But the PRICES are very high, For outdated products .PS.Don't buy any meat you may get food poison. I was just looking at some pictures they posted. Those pictures are not true about the store.That may be a different they have others in Connecticut I'm talking about the one in Springfield

Roni-Lee St.Laurent: This is absolutely 100% the place you want to go if you are looking for ANYTHING ethnic food related from Spanish, Asian, Mexican, Jamaican etc.They tend to be a bit more expensive on some staple items but I love this place. It's cool just to check out the incredible selection of herbs, spices, dried peppers, fresh fruits and veggies that they have. I believe they carry literally anything you could possibly want for an ethnic meal.Personally I do not buy my milk here anymore. For some reason I have had a long standing problem of it souring before it's expiration date.

Eugene Thurston: The food in this restaurant smells very good and smells delicious I have not tried any of it yet but I did make a few purchases of some things from this store. The store is neat and clean and very laid out quite well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some prices are reasonable some are a little more expensive. This location is very busy. It was my first time going to the store and probably not my last. The lunch specials are reasonable only $10 unfortunately when I went in and smell the food from the outside and also smell it from the inside it really smells good.
