Bethany McNaught: I had a great first experience with Copycat Printing. After finding out Staples couldn’t pint my invitations, I reached out to Copycat printing. I called and checked to see if Copycat could fulfill my order. The lady I spoke with on the phone was the NICEST and she answered all my questions. The gentleman who rung me up was also very kind. The price was also very fair! The invitations were about $15 cheaper than Staples for the same size, quantity, and similar card stock. The turnaround was very fast for being a holiday (New Years Eve), they seemed very busy with a lot of orders. I’m glad to have found Copycat Print Shop! They’ll be my go-to shop for my printing needs from now on!

I dropped off the envelopes on a Friday and by Tuesday I received an email with a sample of how they would come out and asked if I wanted to make any changes. That Thursday they were ready to be picked up! They came out stunning! Very quick, very reasonable price and turned out to be such an easy process which took a load off of me!

The quality of their work is without a doubt perfect every time. I have had last minute exhibits and they have helped me meet deadlines on short notice. I don't recommend getting prints last minute however when a project was thrown at me last minute "they made it happen". To me this is everything. I will not go anywhere else!

Dillon & Rosa were friendly, patient, and went out of their way to help me expedite the printing of my labels. I ordered online with Dillon who called me immediately when he saw that my image wasn’t the correct size. Then Rosa was so patiently, kind, and friendly. She spent time on the phone, making sure I felt comfortable with my template and when I dropped off my blank labels, she assured me that before she left, she would get the job done! Even James was friendly as I was waiting! I left the store very happy pleased! I would definitely go back because of your employees!

I asked a nice young lady but she didn’t know how to do it but pintes at the guy who knew. I approach the guy who doesn’t even look up to acknowledge me and ask him whether there is a way to print double sided. With his grumpy face still looking down at the screen, he points and says with a disdainful attitude “it’s in the menu!”. I wanted to say something but I try to be civilized. I just, through a series of trial and error was able to figure it out. This is disgusting, Staples!

We had called before coming in, but were told something totally different in person. Somewhere the line of communication was dropped and it was a total bust. We were just told they were too backed up and our order wasn't really listened to, even though the store was mostly empty.

Jackie H: I went to stables to have some important documents laminate it… I was under the assumption that stables wasn’t doing as well because it seems Walmart and target are taking over our industry, however when I walked in I was greeted by at least five employees all genuinely saying welcome to stables and they all looked like they were happy to work there ! I can’t remember the young lady who helped me but she gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost she listened to my concerns knowing that it was important documentation and had it ready the same day… I went back this weekend to pick up my items and I actually walked through the store which I must say was beautiful well organized well-stocked and I wanted to buy stuff just because everything looked so pretty even though I didn’t need it… I actually talk to the manager outside he’s a great guy and genuinely wants to help his customers and have a good experience… If I need anything from Staples in the future I will definitely go to that location and I definitely recommend it for people who need office needs even if you’re closer to another stables I’m going to tell you to go to this one!
