S i l v a: I have ordered quality plaques from Dinn Brothers for 20+ years for The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.They helped me design different plaques for the Tar Heel Invitational and the Carolina Blue Cup National Team Handball Tournaments. The quality of the finished product is excellent, the service is outstanding. I have not written a review previously but by happenstance I came across a negative review of Dinn Brothers and after 20+ years of service I felt compelled to mention my consistent positive experience. They may not be the least expensive trophy company but they are top professionals and have never missed a due date.

Jared Balser: Don't order if you're in Canada Their website works really well, but they're cagey on shipping charges. Whenever I ordered from the states with other companies, import fees were declared. Here they charged for shipping, then I got a message from UPS asking for import fees. I bought $50 worth of medals, paid $30 for shipping, and then got hit with $40 in import fees!A message from their customer service says it's out of their control, which it totally is. You know what isn't? An estimation or at least a warning about import fees.

John Henchey: Went in for a broken part replacement (my fault, move damage). 5 mins in and out. Didn't have an exact match (7-8 year old trophy). Rather than the single part (broken eagle -x4 on the finished piece, changed supplier over time, slight variances in dimension and hue), dude comp'd me a 4 set so they matched, offered - not requested, with my wallet on the counter...one word, "Stellar". Every trophy need, past and present, always sets the bar, shames competitors - hell...shames businesses even outside their market, with just the class act culture all the way. They get the 6 star rating, know what I mean?

Kevin Fraggi (Fraj): My trophy order was May 3rd. During the ordering process an event date is required to make an order. The event date is 5/16 but I won't receive my order until 5/17. So our school will not have our trophies for our end of the year sports banquet. This is unacceptable. We order these trophies three times per school year, but unfortunately we will have to use another company in the future. We will never use dinn again.

Dana Butler: It's not a Dollar Tree anymore so expect to spend more than a dollar plus the same box candies that they used to sell for a dollar at Dollar Tree are now at Walmart and grocery stores for the price of a dollar so Dollar Tree should change their name to Dollar Plus that will be more suitable

pilinga357: Male cashier had his period so didn't want to be polite when someone says thank you. Most of the store is selling items for $1.25 or over. Just go to walmart instead just across the street. And the store is a mess.

The panhandler that is camped out at the door ALL day/ everyday harassing the customers is a tad annoying however he makes up for it by opening the door and wishing you a blessed day... Sigh. Since the panhandler is there all the time in all types of weather the store should hire him to clean the store.

She had the craziest attitude with the guest ahead of me because she wanted balloons. Then she got upset because her line got long while she was blowing up balloons. She didn't greet me. Just started ringing me out. No eye contact. Just rude. Once I was fully paid she Just stuffed my receipt in my bag and proceeded to start ringing the next customer without even a thank you for shopping with us or have a good evening. Never said hello. Nothing. It may seem small. But I like to be treated with respect when I'm spending money, and if it wasn't for a shame, I would've put all my stuff back and gone some place else. Do Better!!

Dennis Parent: Me and my mom came here to get valentine day cards for my niece and nephew. Also we bought dish detergent. The parking lot was small with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. The employees were nice and friendly. The floors looked clean.
Quick bargain: This dollar tree in agawam not as good as the one in westfield right next to price rite. Always running low on popular items doenst mean they sell fast here not at all. The store is stocked poorly. Shelves are empty and the variety part of dollar tree that you will see in westfield store you will not see in this one neither in 1 mile down to dollar tree next to bigy on memorial ave and the worst of all is riverdale plaza also in west springfield. So if you need variety unique items all sort of brands go check out after you visit this location or any other near by visit dollar tree westfield. Surprise yourself.

steve01030: Surprised at the number of empty shelves. Either a management problem or a supply/inventory problem. Either way, it is not typical of my usual experiences at this chain store. Perhaps this specific store has an "issue".
Kerry Gola: This store is ABSOLUTELY the CLEANEST most ORGANIZED Dollar Tree I've ever been in. If you can't find it here, you're in trouble because this store has it all and it's so incredibly organized that you won't have to wonder if perhaps you've overlooked it, or missed out because it's in another aisle. I would literally drive out of my way just to visit this store! Major thumbs up👍
