Nathalia Hermida: Overpriced crepes and incredibly rude service. We got yelled at for seating down with an almost empty cup of ice cream from a different place so we decided to leave. Not really worth it.
Manuel Negreros: I love this place but tonight I bought 3 cappuccinos for my family and my daughter decided to get Starbucks for a beverage and once she was coming in one of the ladies ask her to leave because of the drink so we all just leave.Im not going back for sure.

Zahra Ali: Really unhappy with the treatment here. They made such a big deal of having a drink from another place. Really rude service and I’m disappointed. There’s a way to say things. The lady was a middle age European women so beware.
Ariel Keen: The owner is so rude. There’s plenty of stories of her attitude and I just experienced it myself. I’m disappointed and will not come back. Save yourself the trip.
Kelsey Murray: Was asked to leave today because I had a bubble tea in my hand. I’ve been coming here for years and always order a waffle or crepe with Nutella. It was so rude and made me feel very upset. I will never come here again. If she had been kind or offered to make my food to go I would not be upset. I hated the way she treated me like I was a bad person for making a mistake. I’m assuming she’s the owner and I’ve seen her be rude to other customers before.
Alina C.: Poor manners and rude behavior from female employee.The lady behind the counter was extremely rude about an outside cup brought inside. We didn’t see the sign at the front door about no outside food. A kind reminder would have been sufficient but instead the lady yelled at us. We threw the cup away as it was close to being empty anyways, but ended up leaving because of the condescending interaction. No plans of going there ever again.
Salman Ali: Extremely rude workers. We thought place looked cool so walked in. I had a to-go coffee cup in my hand from the last place and I put in on the table and went up to order. I didn’t see the small sign mentioning no outside drinks. The lady very rudely told / yelled at me for bringing it in. It was absolutely unnecessary. There is a way to talk to people. I threw the cup away. We were planning on getting crepes and coffee but ended up leaving due to the rude behavior.
G Av: Just the worst coffee I've ever purchased in my 40 years of coffee drinking. Returned and got a refund, but was informed by rude owner that I was wrong.Went to a second coffee house and nearly as bad. Maybe it's the city water.

Patricia Gagliardi: The woman who owns the shop served me and was so kind. Their macarons were incredible. We bought 2 dozen for a small get together and they went VERY quickly.

A.S. Totoro: I have been coming to this small café for several years. It has, by far, the best coffee in West Hartford, and for many miles around. I especially like the espresso macchiato. Every time we ordered food, it was also delicious. Everybody working there is polite and professional. I definitely will be coming again, and hope it will continue to serve great coffee and food, and create an inviting atmosphere for regular customers and occasional visitors to enjoy.
