Nichole Nelson: I was scheduled for my couch to be cleaned on Tuesday at 2:30pm, and I was contacted at 1:15 stating they were having issues with their machine and needed to reschedule. Frustrating, however I understand things come up. He then said Thursday at 2:30. The time came and went. At around 2:45 I messaged them, making sure they were still coming; and there was no response. I messaged them again at 6:40pm stating my frustration that they did not show, nor did they contact me to explain the no-show or to apologize and reschedule. The message was read, however no response. Two days of sending our puppy to doggy daycare and rearranging my work schedule, for nothing. The lack of professionalism by not showing up and not responding is unreal, and sad because they came highly recommended. I can honestly say I will NOT be passing that recommendation along.

Michael Madsen: They showed up late to the appointment by 30 minutes. They were here to clean a loveseat and a 8x10 rug. When the gentleman was leaving I came in to pay him. I noticed the rug was only cleaned on the areas that were showing. He left the areas under the coach, chair and ottoman dry. When I asked about it he said he could have done that if I asked him to do it. The loveseat was so wet that he had to come back in with towel to dry up the area underneath it and around the edges of the rug. This is all after he loaded up all the equipment in the truck. I would never use them again even it was for free. It was a waste of $110.00.

I can't say it was exceptional - my house smelled like cigarettes for hours after - but the job got done (AKA the carpets were cleaned so I wasn't displeased). I once again contacted them to do a car detail (and eventually the house carpets once the quarantine was over). The appointment was scheduled and day of about an hour before it was cancelled because "they employee called out." Frustrating because work schedules were arranged, but okay. Things happen. We rescheduled for the following week and the day of nobody showed. Waited a little... still nothing. I messaged to see if anybody was coming. The owner read the message but did not reply. I waited a while to see if he or somebody would contact me but didn't hear a word. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the company and once again the message was read and never replied to. 0/10. Tawnya Ryan: Rich and his team did a fantastic job on our home. Our house was 2 1/2 years old and even though we take extremely good care of our home the carpets get worn down. We don't wear shoes in the house and I vacuum the rugs every week. Yet the stairs and room started to look weathered and mat down. When I got home after the cleaning was finished our rugs looked brand new again. They were fluffy and soft. They took very little time to dry. I am a very picky person and have high standard and I can honestly say I was impressed. They also cleaned our sofa and loveseat. They are a light ivory color and we invested a good amount of money in them. I wanted them to last and even though I thought they basically looked like new, I still wanted to have them cleaned for upkeep. Well they looked amazing. Again I was completely impressed. Lastly, I loved the fact that there was no strong odor after they were done. It just smelled fresh and clean without a mask of chemically enhanced fragrance.
