Brother Manny: Had a couple hoodies done, first wash and printing was completed damaged. Took them over a week to get it done, and on said date for pick up it wasn’t even ready! Never again.

Glenn Francis: It was easy to contact them with any questions or concerns. Shirts came with good quality. Will order again in the future from them.
Mark & Nancy Dolphin: I ordered 13 shirts with names and numbers for our baseball team and the font used to print these shirts was very different from the example on the website. You can see by the pictures that the numbers are oddly too wide and not at all like the website picture (even though the seller claimed they were "very close"). There were also issues with the online order, which "confirmed" a delivery date of May 23, only to find out later (when they were not delivered on time) that a 'glitch' in the ordering system did not give correct delivery dates. The seller initially offered to re-make the shirts with another 2 week delay, but our baseball season had already started and we didn't have the extra time. Now I am trying to contact the seller and they are not answering my calls.

Jessica Hand: They do not provide clear instructions for proofing artwork, which can significantly delay your order. They kept quoting a ship date after art approval, and it did not ship on the date quoted by Lois. Her exact words were. "They will ship on Monday, Tuesday (day 9 post art approval) at the latest." However, they shipped Wednesday (10 days post art approval not 5-7 as quoted on the website). So delivery was delayed by another weekend. All in all, it took over a month to receive the order. Lois was helpful and courteous, but others were not very helpful or polite. Quality of the majority of the product was fair to good. However, when it was requested for a reprint of a few shirts due to the logo not being centered on the shirt or a logo that appeared crooked, we were offered a discount on future orders. The parents who purchased the shirts would prefer to wear one that is not off center or tilted, regardless if it is a flawed shirt or misprint.

Susan Harper: We had meet with this company a few weeks ago and have been waiting on a sample that was supposed to be in two days after our meeting. Considering we was referred there I gave them the benifit of dought and called them. They said they can see the order for samples but no one could help. Not great business in my opinion. They never called to say the samples where delayed several weeks nothing. We will take our business elsewhere to a company who treated their clients better.

Jason at US Logo was fantastic at managing multiple requests, quotes and a very complex apparel order. Our vehicles decals turned out great and the garments from our large apprel order not only looked amazing but were correct despite our requests for multiple sizes, varying garments and the need for different logos for different branches of our company. We were very impressed with how everything turned out and that our instructions and requests were so accurately met across every department at US Logo!
