Oliwia Bragiel: I rarely leave negative reviews. I went with a large group of friends to celebrate our twin friends' birthdays! First off: $20 cover charge was ridiculous for the caliber of this nightclub. The bouncer was rude and impersonable. Drinks were reasonably priced but not the best tasting and the bartenders were not friendly. We went right as they opened and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't even been cleaned, there were drink spills all over the floor ALREADY? Music was decent although a bit basic and repetitive. The security guard in the smoking area downstairs was the only employee that was really nice and pleasant to talk to. The light effects in the place are pretty good, arguably, and rather unfortunately, the best part of the experience. I don't think any of us will be back.

T P: We went out for our date night and chose this club, I was surprised that we had to pay additional fees for admission, even thou we reserved and paid for VIP, I wouldn’t recommend paying that much… VIP totaled $150 and then $40 for both of us to enter, all $190 That was a bit much for a club scene, also the toilets in the women’s bathroom All were flooded, Music was aight, All the ladies I ran into, were complaining about admission and bathrooms, Probably won’t be returning, too expensive for this kind of environment

As a former employee it is the best place i’ve ever worked at it is a place where you can find family but also net work to grow and reach new heights and opens new doors.This club brings a loving energy that makes you feel like you belong it is the most INCLUSIVE space i’ve ever encountered where it’s all about EQUALITY!Dancers come and go but never make or break the true beautiful spirit of the club coming from one who came and went.If you are anywhere in the new england area oreven more than 2 hours away it is worth the visit I promise you you will not be disappointed.
John Doe: Right from the moment I walked into this place as a dancer I felt right at home. I did not experience a single ounce of disrespect or mistreatment from a single coworker or manager. Howard, Angelo, and Sammy all made me feel so comfortable and were always caring and supportive. When you walk into this establishment you will see that these reviews don’t reflect reality and are a blatant lie, written out of pettiness and anger. This club forever changed my life in a positive way and will always have a special place in my heart.

Kaiomy Morales: I’ve work here for 9 years from dancer to drag performer and started transitioning and took on bartending. This place is home and everyone welcome just don't come with the disrespect cause that not what this place about. Every club or bar has their downs and this the only lgbt established in our area. Like we respect all that comes in. Everyone has there moments but not everyone is rude or disrespectful. And for the dancers you choice to associate with if there a problem let it be know to management not sit here and bash a place cause you had bad experience with a certain individual. All type of dancer come and go. Everyone there for different reason but with that being said this club definitely a welcoming place.
Le'Anthony Jones: The "dance manager" doesn't handle business with the dancers appropriately. He verbally abuses and bullies the dancers every week as he tells them they just need to make money for the bar. Whenever someone is doing well there he will target them or look for any excuse to fire them or make them leave. It’s happened a lot throughout the years. They will hire people they think will make the bar good money and if the "dance manager" does not like them for whatever reason petty it may be he treats them incredibly poorly

Dave Y: For being the only male strip club in New England, they are definitely in route to making them extinct in this area. I went there for the first time this weekend after driving for almost 2 hrs just to listen to outdated music, get served very strong drinks, and watch dancers do their job with no enthusiasm. After being there for while and becoming aware of my surroundings, i witnessed how management verbally bullies their dancers (Mostly Of color) and that was my tipping point. My motives was to see if this was a good place to work and perfect my craft . And from my time there i can say i would not work here nor visit this place again.

Sam Jones: We visited last night. Dj was good we had a good group of people dancing. Went to bar for 2 Heinekens and 1 bacardi and redbull it was $30.00!!!! Like where do these people get off charging that much 🤔 I think it's a rip off and every bartender will charge you different amounts it's crazy. Never again.

I went to see Jesus Pagan Y su Orquesta, they were awesome and had people moving and dancing. I would give five stars, however MGM needs to have better service for wait staff. Only one Drink Server, who wasn't very quick and our group of four couldn't order from the bar they told us. So MGM get better wait staff or have at least two, you lost money with the amount of drinks our group could of had. Especially for event's that have groups of people coming to drink and enjoy a live show.

Gaming floor was entertaining although it reminded me that the house always wins but had a great time just wish the waitess/waiter was easier to find when needing a drink. Plentiful covered parking. So disappointed that I had to leave because I was definitely enjoying my time there before becoming a mom for the first time.

DY M: We visited the casino to play some slots. The MGM garage parking was not difficult to find while using a GPS APP. There are five levels to park. There are stairs or elevators to use to enter into casino. We approached the front desk to receive a complimentary free $20.00 playing card. The atmosphere was bustling with people playing slot machines. We explored and found many restaurants wrapped around the outskirts of the playing floor. There is a free self accessed soft drink beverage vending dispenser. There are floor employees that can help in teaching one how to use the slot machines if you are unaware. There are many security guards at each entrance of the playing areas. There is a movie theatre on the second floor via elevator. Your playing card receives reward points when eating at the restaurants inside casino. Employee waitresses will bring free drinks while you play. The atmosphere felt safe and enjoyable. MGM is located in the south end of Springfield, Ma., So take advantage of Laflorentina Bakery, Mom & Rico's, Frigo's, Red Rose Pizza, Ciro's which are restaurants located outside of MGM. In all, it was an enjoyable day to explore what MGM has to offer. It's not a very large casino like Foxwoods or Mohegan with all the shopping stores, but it's nice to have a casino in Springfield. We're ready to go back and play more slots. Take a ride and share your thoughts on MGM.
Sam Wallis: The biggest drawback to MGM's casino is that its building space limits itself to such a degree that it can hardly be felt as a casino. Even such, if one were to disregard its spacial limitations compared to places like Mohegan, MGM still feels lacking in other areas. There are hardly any video poker machines now, compared to years past where they at least had their own section. Not only that but a number of my favorite games have gone missing. There are no more James Bond slots and during my last visit I didn't even see any Monopoly slots, its all Eastern themed games and ultimate link stuff.The staff and food court were friendly but the game selections and variety have taken a hit in my opinion.
