Meiling Rosario: THE BEST.. My original dentist left an air bubble in my tooth which caused a lot of pain. They kept having me go back forth trying to figure out where the pain was coming from but couldn’t figure it out. After 3 months of pain and going back and forth my dentist sent me over to Globus Dental so they can figure it out. The doctor over at Globus figured it out and was very patient with me when filling out the tooth. You can say the doctor went over and beyond to fix and save the tooth. I thanked him a million times before leaving his office. Also the receptionist are very sweet.

I first came to this practice 70 years ago, at age five, when it was run by our then family dentist, Dr. James Sady. It was a happy and excellent practice, and as such I could never understand why some friends were afraid to go to the dentist! I always left with a smile, even if sometimes lopsided from novocaine! In later years, Dr. Sady and Dr. Gary Archambault joined together to continue that reputation for excellence. Now, Dr. Gary's son, Dr. Cole Archambault, is continuing this precious legacy with his pleasant, friendly manner and excellence in his field. He is "up" on everything! As luck would have it, I am in western Mass today for two appointments at Elm Family Dentistry. Several years ago, I moved away, but I still travel two hours to come to this practice. Back in the day, Dr Archambault and Dr Hood were incredible and everyone who worked with them were fantastic as well. I was there when Dr Cole took over upon their retirements and he was amazing as well. Unfortunately, my dental insurance changed and I needed to seek out other practices to be covered. I visited quite a few and just never had the same feeling of comfort, honesty and wisdom. I recently returned even though my insurance doesn't cover. It is so worth it to me to have a sense of trust with a dental provider. Dr Cole certainly is "carrying on the baton" handed along from Dr Gary Archambault, et al, with his attention and care to his patients. Everyone in the office is pleasant and welcoming. I actually have anxiety over going to a dentist, but upon my return I actually sat in the chair and found myself saying, "I am so happy to be here"! (Knowing I wouldn't be given a 2 page printout of work that does not need to be done, etc)Highly recommend
