Aubri Drake: I've had them make multiple mistakes in filling my prescriptions. They also have no way of calling in your prescription outside of their limited business hours. I've called and left a message half a dozen times and never received a reply. I've been told they would call me when my rx was ready; I've never received a call from them. They won't autofill your monthly/90-day prescriptions. Their pharmacy database does not communicate with other Baystate pharmacies... Frankly, they're a completely clueless and shoddy pharmacy, but HNE has lower copays for them so I continue to use them.
