Trisha Mackenzie: I was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! This is the first time we have been to sixteen acres garden center and we will be coming back! I brought 3 of my kids and they all found so many things they loved! We bought some amazing plants, planters, and even stuffed animals. The staff was super friendly and they all came to welcome us and ask if we needed help with anything. I highly recommend this place for all your gardening needs!

Lynn Reynolds: They have beautiful cemetery boxes as well as other evergreen displays that can be for inside or out. Still looking for a tree? They have choices. They have swags, wreaths, and kissing balls. Prices are up so be aware if you are on a budget. Poinsettias come in different sizes and colors as well as Christmas cactus.

TR4E 27: Ever since I put in their topsoil for my new lawn. I have been getting "Morel" mushrooms growing out every spring. These mushrooms are edible and the most sought after by the mushroom picking community. They go through acres at a time to get a handful. I get 2 handfuls in a fifth of an acre in one picking!
cathy cormier: Last year I purchased 7 yds of premium black hemlock and it was 98% clean ( meaning barely a weed or tree grew from it) This year I purchased another 5 yds of the same and every bed is full of weeds! I’m quite perturbed by the quality. When you pay for premium you should expect a low % of weeding. I was planning on being a long term customer but if quality keeps going down and prices keep rising (and min for delivery) then I’ll have to find a company that wants return customers.

Shauna Allen: We asked TJs to combine 3 yards of trap rock and 3 yards of river rock into one delivery to save a little cash. They said no problem, but neglected to clean their truck before our delivery. Or they were mad about the combined order. As a result we ended up with an extra yard of DIRT and sand mixed in with the rock. When we called to complain and ask what to do, they said to shake it out with a shovel. Um. There are hundreds of pounds of extra dirt here. We built a screen-sifter and are now spending hours and hours trying to separate rock from dirt. We may as well have mined the rock ourselves. Terrible inconvenience and waste of time and labor. If it was on purpose it was a very mean thing to do. If it was not on purpose it is very unprofessional and a poor handling of their products.

sophie tong: Terrible service. Completely unprofessional. They Lost my slip with my credit card info. Called again, decided to pay with a check instead. Then a week later, they find my slip and charged me again. They called to notify me that they did this, and would reimburse me. Check my credit card. I was not reimbursed. When I called them to dispute, they asked me for my charge account again. I asked why they need the account number again when they had previously already stated they would reimburse me after they caught it. Both Dave and Joe hung up on me several times. Jim the owner treated my husband only slightly better when he called about the double charge.Edited to add that Tyler contacted me and apologized for their lack of professionalism and sent me proof of the reimbursement being processed.If only the other three mentioned would have initially referred my phone call to Tyler who was more knowledgeable about my account.
