Bella is able to socialize with other canines, do crafts, water play and get personal attention. GDU has truly become an integral part of our lives and puts us at ease to leave Bella for the day.
Ryan Jaskulski: Our 8 month old brother and sister pups had a *fantastic* first day at day care here. Naturally, my partner and I were somewhat nervous about how our very excitable pups would interact with others in this new experience— that was until I went to get them. They were all smiles at pickup, and they came home with an adorable craft! Kim was extremely attentive and detailed about the experience of their first day. We can’t wait to come back again and again to Good Dog University!
Christopher Croteau: Kim and Mike are THE BEST!Good parents would only trust their canine kids with the best.Kim goes above and beyond every day. There is plenty for the pups to do, plenty of space for the little ones and skiddish, lots of play time inside and out, and time for puppy socializing.We have been going to GDU since January 2015 and our labx Djinn looks forward to it every Monday and Friday.Trust me, Tuesdays and Saturdays she is tired.If you want to leave your puppy kid at a place that feels like home, Kim, Mike and the boys is that place.Five stars is not high enough.

Jackie Montgomery: Kim is fantastic. she cares so much for the dogs and takes so much time to plan fun things for them to do esp on days like today where its negative 1 outside. i imagine there will be crafts!! yes they paint with their tails :) my girl loves it and she is exhausted for a solid 24 hours. its also VERY affordable compared to other daycare's in the area.
John O'Neill: No better place to bring your pup while you're off to work.... Kim treats the dogs like her own (and they come home nice and tired!!!)
Dee Yasgar: Good Dog University & Daycare is pawsitively PAWSOME! Our "son" is well cared for and enjoys playing with his friends at GDU. Dogs are well socialized and even get to participate in crafts and field trips! Staff is knowledgeable about all aspects of training, canine health and behavior. Call to arrange a visit and evaluation for your fur baby(ies). You will not be disappointed.
christina martin: I would recommend k9 university to any doggy parent! They are so accommodating and the dogs come back each time so happy and so ready to take a nap from all the playing they do with there doggy pals! If you are looking for a great day care, this is the place to go!
Mel Rios: Kim is an absolute sweetheart of a person and constantly goes out of her way to help, advise and support. She runs a fantastic program and is very well organized. All dogs are treated with care and she makes it a point to get to know them, their personality and their family. They go on field trips and even do crafts! Walk in and you don't hear a peep. We can't recommend her enough. Drop your 4 legged children off knowing that they'll be cared for and loved. Thank you so much.The Rios family.

Mary Driscoll: K9 Capers is an amazing program and offers so much more than the other daycares around. My puppy comes home tired but not overstimulated and always has fun playing with his friends. I appreciate Heather's focus on appropriate play groups and rest throughout the day.

She assuaged all my concerns and questions prior to bringing our puppy home and now that our puppy is here and been in Heather’s care, I can say we absolutely made the right decision .Heather goes above and beyond to ensure that every dog in her care is happy, safe and being set up for long term success . We are glad that Figgy considers K9 capers her second home and wouldn’t have it any other way .

Jillian Lawson: I highly recommend K9 Capers! Recon (my boxer baby) attended K9 Capers as a puppy and through his senior years. He was my very first dog and K9 Capers was instrumental in helping properly socialize and train him to be the incredible dog he was. Not only that but Heather was able to give me some training tips as well that were very helpful! Recon absolutely loved his school family and days spent there. I wouldn't consider bringing any of my future dogs elsewhere as K9 Capers has my complete trust and confidence. Thank you to Heather and the staff for helping to give Recon some of his favorite fun-filled days!

Jennifer Smith: Heather and her staff are wonderful - I wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else for daycare. Not only do they focus on manners and PROPER socialization, but they demonstrate patience and caring with all the dogs. Heather takes valuable time to evaluate each pup and their needs while keeping the other dogs already enrolled in mind - it shows a true commitment to our furry friends' behavior and well-being. In my opinion, K9 Capers is the TOP dog day center in this region!
Jill Jensen: We have been taking our Golden Maverick to K9 Capers for over 5 years! In their programming we have found the perfect balance of fun, training, and appropriate socialization with other dogs that we were looking for for him. I’m very happy that they have a strict screening program as this gives us the peace of mind that Maverick is safe when he goes there. Most of all it’s nice to see how excited he gets when he see’s where he is when we pull up to the building!
Jill Rose: Both of my dogs attended K9 Capers when they were young adolescents. I was always impressed with the peaceful atmosphere when I came to pick them up. Heather especially helped one of my dogs who was struggling with impulse control issues and his behavior improved immensely during his time there. My dogs loved it there and I was really happy with how the staff took extra time to work on their manners.
Randy Ruder: K9 Capers is a wonderful safe place for your pup. I rescued my dog and he developed severe separation anxiety. K9 Capers has helped my dog become comfortable with his crate. Heather and her staff are wonderful. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. They have made my life and my pup's life easier. We love K9 Capers.
Elizabeth Atwood: My Lily loves going to K9Capers. She has been going since she was only three months old. Heather and her workers have been instrumental in reinforcing the training I have and still do with Lily. I now have a new puppy and Heather won't take her. She didn't even want to see her. I asked her why and she thoroughly explained why and I understand it. Although I am sad, but at the same time it also gives Lily some 'away from' the puppy time. And Heather has answered all the questions I have asked in regarding raising this puppy to keep her from her inherited tendencies. Ruby is a happy go lucky dog with Lily's help and Heather's advice.
Terry P.: Visited this daycare after a recommendation from our dog trainer. Extremely disappointed in the very brief (15 minute) evaluation done on our 6 month old puppy that led to a denial of admission to the daycare center. Heather boasts about having a behavioral program tailored to all ages and temperaments, but obviously excludes those that don't fit her ideas of a perfect dog. Definitely not a "feel good" experience.
Hannah Spring: Sending our pups to K9 Capers has been such a great decision. Heather is wonderful and knows so much about training & dog behavior. The behavior of our goldendoodle and german shepherd (both under a year old) have come a long way since first attending. Plus, they are always tired and get great exercise and interaction with other dogs. We HIGHLY recommend!
