Scrap Metal: DO NOT GO HERE. Got sent a bill, called and was told it was in error and insurance was taking care of it. Ive never been here and assumed it was maybe from a Covid test (my insurance covers 100% of them). 3 months later get a call from collection company saying it was never paid. Go to call this dump and am told they don't know what I'm talking about because there is no information in their computer that I've ever been here. Yet I have a $167 bill?!

Jeff warren: the website tells you to call your local office for forms. once called, local office directed me to call a corporate number that only has voice mail. it took me 30 minutes to talk to somebody with a crabby attitude. way to go
Spencer Liu: I scheduled an appointment a week prior, drove 40 minutes out here to find out on the front door that it was closed due to a broken door. I had received no email, text, nothing in advance. I called so many phone numbers and could not find a single person to talk to for 30 minutes.
