Andrea DP: I wanted to try Mirkins out since Sentry Cleaners went out of business. I was very disappointed with the level of service. My ticket showed pick up time would be today at 10:00. When I showed up today at 11:30 the lady working behind the counter was very rude. First she told me my order probably wasn’t ready. After a while of looking around she got my order together and said I was early for pick up and all orders are to be picked up after 4pm. When I went back to look at my ticket I asked if ticket pick up times are inaccurate then since mine clearly showed 10:00 am. She told me yes orders are ready after 4pm. Considering you can only pick up orders after 4pm and the rudeness I would recommend finding a different business.Service:Dry cleaning

Double creases in my husband suit pants, not enough starch in his shirts, to the last time. We literally received back pressed DIRTY shirts. Then to make it worse I paid up front.
