Ted Lawrence: I like MAX BMW because I have generally had great service and attention to detail. Ryan, the service manager knows me machine and understands my particular riding style and advises me accordingly.Dwight, the parts manager knows these motorcycles inside and out. I asked about the new Dunlop roadsmart iv tire availability. Dwight was right on it and 2 days later Ryan had them installed.On top of that, the mechanic that serviced my motorcycle inspected the brakes and recommended renewal, front and rear.I am older and need to know that my motorcycle is at its best when I ride. Max BMW inspires my confidence.Plus, Max is generally in the store. They know me and I know them. Great place and good friends. Who could ask for more?
