Jason Yamil: The manager was very unprofessional did not even know the aspects of the crown points. How does someone get promoted and cannot keep up with the components of the restaurant. Customer service is paramount I was able to show her the crown points and my ability to get the product free that’s the whole aspect of the points yet she wanted me to purchase another item. I asked her to show me where did it indicate that within the guidelines of the crown points. She could not. I wasted 150 and she would not move a finger to try and at least get me the points back. The points are given from the money you waste the things you buy why would you not want to remedy that. Her body language and attitude was poor and it relayed I don’t care and she walked away. Great manager and great point system.

Felisha Cortez: If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter went to drive Thru and when asked for a sandwich another lady jumped on the intercom saying we don't have the ingredients to make that right now but in a really rude and nasty tone. So my daughter decided not to order anything and drive off. You will NOT get our service with that type of attitude. As she drove off the African women was outside talking to someone in a car with her head set on and looks at my daughter while she drives away and says Bye B!#@h. Like really how rude and unprofressional this is. When I called to get corporate # the lady on the phone gave it to me but when I ask for that lady name she hung up on me. When I called again to ask her for her name she hung up again. So unprofessional at this location. I hope they would hire the right team for this location.

Heather Pierce: Stopped by for a quick breakfast, early in the morning, after finding out that nearby restaurants, such as Denny's & IHOP, weren't opened yet. Ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, & french toast sticks. This was for a group of us. Service was fast & excellent, our order in drive thru was satisfactory & accurate, with plenty of napkins & condiments. Friendly staff. Food was delicious & served hot. Coffee was tasty & you could tell it was from a fresh pot. Very happy with our experience. Will return next time we're in the Springfield area. Worth a stop for quality service, good value, & great food, fresh & hot.Kid-friendliness: Menu options for children, kid's meals. Dina Williamson: Normally they have Great service but not tonight. I spent over $20 bucks and still had to wait. Got home to enjoy my burger from Burger King. Took my first bite to find out that it was RAW🐄. I cut in half and it was still pink. Lost my appetite 😩😤🤢🤮. I called the store and the manager told me that I was mistaken and nobody else called to complain about the food. I offered to bring it to her she declined and said she couldn't do anything about. An that means there's something wrong with the machine. I should call the manager Jean in the morning. 😔😔 I will be going to visit and get my refund
Michelle Riopelle: Placed a mobile order one of the items was wrong. I went inside and they were super friendly and re made the burger and it was perfect. The rest of my order was hot and fresh. The store was clean and all the employees were super friendly. By far the best burger King I've been to. If it was 2 hours away I'd definitely frequent this place!

Made an online order twenty minutes before they closed got there 10 mins before closing and said they were closed and told us to contact the online service for a refund because you can’t cancel orders on the Burger King app... t r a s h.Went there recently again same situation only this time I ordered an hour before close and when I got there they said they were closed. They said googles time isn’t accurate depending on who’s working… so not a consistent Burger King unfortunately

Heriberto Rodriguez: Poor employees. It took me 40 minutes to get my order. I know that it wasn't their fault and they were trying but I'm giving one star because Burger King should have their employees interest and heart and never the bottom dollar. They were about 15 cars in the Drive-Thru line so I decided to go in in the room only two people but I guess older Focus was on the drive-thru line. There was one guy in the back making sandwiches, it looks like a new employee training because he looked like a deer in headlights and they just couldn't seem to understand how to prioritize orders. Worst experience I've ever had at Burger King
