Duro West African Cuisine: what do users think?
Alesha: Love the owner Miss B. She is such a sweet lady! Not only that I live about 40mins away and still drive at least once a week to get Egusi and pounded yam. She is the reason I fell completely in love with egusi!! Love her and her food.
Kimberly Del Valle: The best, I just wish they were opened more.
Minyuan Lu: My favorite restaurant in the whole valley. The food is always delicious, and the right amount of spicy. I use to get food here once a week during the pandemic, but now they are not open as often. I’ve gotten food here with multiple friends, and everyone liked the food! My Nigerian friend also said it’s authentic! My favorite is Egusi with goat, with pounded yam. But other soups are tasty as well. The BBQ chicken wings taste really good, and reminds me of 奥尔良烤翅 in China.I also like the zobo drink. it tastes a bit medicinal, so maybe not everyone will like it.
Letica Diaz: Been here twice for dinner, my daughter introduced me to to this type of food and i loved it very much, highly recommend 👌
Sharon Patterson: Absolutely delicious, Highly recommend!!😋 clean and friendly environment 😍
Julia Suh: The food from this wonderful woman is so phenomenal and impressive. The goat pepper soup and fufus are incredible and i’m sure everything else is too. It is obvious that there is so much love in this food. It is important to keep in mind that this food takes time! Order in advance. Especially if you’re ordering for multiple people. Also, just because someone isn’t up to your American politeness standards, doesn’t mean that their intentions are to be rude. Be kind!
Taniesha G: fufu (pounded yam) was exceptional and egusi soup was so flavorful and spicy in the best way. 10/10 !!
N Woods: Went to order to pick up my food and arrived no one was there. I called to ask what was the situation no one would answer until the second call I made. She told me I had to call a day in advance if I wanted food and was very rude . I'll never come back here again .
Aaron Snow: We always love going here. The flavors are authentically delicious and very consistently amazing!! One of our favorites in all of Western Mass. Do NOT miss out on this place. The food is like fireworks in your mouth, we try different dishes all the time and we have not found a single thing we don’t love. Try this place!!! It is truly made with love from a real freindly woman who cares about what she puts out. It’s like moms home cooking if you are lucky enough to have a super talented mother who makes 5 star quality high end flavors!!!
Lemuel Suriel: Good local spot for west African food. They have fufu, and alot of the classics! Very deliciousVegetarian options: Vegan/vegetarian substitutions are available
E Wright: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Maduka: Tidy restaurant. Really amiable chef. I eat here for lunch and dinner, as well as occasionally with friends. Various options and delicious food.
Diane Pacheco: Super sad that I came here for lunch and no one was there to open the door. I sat outside waiting for them to open at 1pm and stood waiting and when I went to the door it looked like someone was there but the door was locked and no one opened to say anything to me. So I left sad and hungry.
Tracy Griffin: Owner is amazing n so friendly. FOOD IS SO TASTY N BEST IVE EVER HAD!!!
Gigi: I ordered the Eba and Egusi! Amazing! I dream about this goodness in my sleep!😅 I'll be ordering more often!💞
Sela Hanson: I had the best experience here! The red headed server was absolutely amazing! Loved the whole experience- will definitely be back.
Jonathan Olan: Amazing !!
Damany Gordon: Great food, great service! Awesome to have West African Cuisine in Western MA
John F: No stars, negative if it was an option. Called to make a reservation and nobody answers the phone. Showed up and the place was empty but the woman working said nobody answered because they are very busy and you have to call a day in advance! What would it matter when I called, nobody answers the phone! On top of that she was very rude and disgustingly sweaty. I would not want her handling my food. I’ll never give this place another try. My cousin Pete recommended johnnys next door, very good check it out
Michael Ofori: Bola makes some of the best West African food in the area. I know because I've tried many. The food is tasty and she's also very polite. I was surprised to learn that this isn't her full time job. But then again, I'm not surprised because it seems as if she cooks just like she would at home...which is always the best!!!!
Victor Minchuk: Bad customer service, long wait.

Sidibe African Restaurant (Nhyira): what do users think?
Prophetess Jerusalem: Consumers beware when you enter this restaurant there is no menu with prices of the food, I ordered fried "tilapia" fish, jollof rice and two small peices of fried wagashi/fried cheeseI was charged $20.00? it doesn't cost this much, they are price jackers.April 28/2023By posting reviews the consumers gets results.
shalaya shazel: If you are looking for good African food this is the best spot I live 40 mins away from the restaurant but will travel from time to time to get some great food!Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Kenya A: Food is very nice and spicy different flavor from the chop shops in bronx. I love the flavor of the jollof paa it’s nice like funeral jollof. And the waakye my husband said it tastes almost like the one he buys in kumasi
David Thompson: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Tajloi Cunningham: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Miss Cindy: Love the fish stew and FufuFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Patricia Nachilima: If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go. The jollof rice and chicken tasted burnt. It was terrible. Never ordering from here again.
Gloria Ama Aidoo-Frimpong: I drove from New Haven to enjoy the food. I had banku and okro, while my friend had fufu with goqt light soup. The food was amazing, good portion sizes, and great customer service. Definitely a place to visitFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Banku & Okro Stew, Kabobs, Fufu with Goat Soup …More
Gavin Smith: Delicious food!!!!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Hillary Herman (Kiwi): I usually go here for someone else but they love the food here.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Belinda: This food was solo disgusting the meat was hard as rubber there was roaches in the bathroom. But I will be honest the Joloft rice was great..I didn't see the in the bathroom until I was getting ready to leave. CRAZYFood: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Yahaira Martin: I didn’t try it because I seen a review with maggots ! Ewwww ! Where can I go for FUFU ? Lol
Emmanuella Brempong: Twice I have ordered from this restaurant and they’ve either sent less than I’ve ordered or completely replaced the order with something different and did not fully compensate me. The person I spoke to on the phone said he would ask the person who put in the order. He then said it was an issue on the account when I could clearly see on my side what I originally ordered and then contradicted himself by saying there was an abundance of the food I wanted. So why did I receive a completely different meal?! This place either needs to remove DoorDash from their delivery service or GET IT TOGETHER. So disappointed.
Nonee Ngazimbi: I love this place! I always order fufu with egusi (veg) and the goat stew. This place is reliable in that I know that the food will always taste good. I love the taste of the okra but there is a vegetable in it that is very difficult to chew. It almost feels like hay in your mouth. I’m not from Ghana so idk if this is just the normal preparation. Also, sometimes it seems like they don’t want to serve you the food that you are paying for. They skimp out on serving meat and sauce as if we are still back home where we do not have enough. That is very frustrating especially for paying customers! Let us patronize your business happily so we can continue telling people how good it is there!
Benjamin Opare-Darko (Benjamin): Food: 5/5More
Bert Wedderburn: Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Bradley Gifford: A bare-bones establishment that is popular with locals and immigrants. Very tasty and authentic food. Can be challenging to order if you are not familiar with the cuisine or an adventour eater ("that looks good. I'll try whatever that is."). They do have a picture menu, and you can see the food in the serving as station. The staff is friendly.
Keys Life: slow service excellent food
Latoya Smith: Friendly service and fresh food .The food here was awesome. I will definitely be going back in the future.
