Emily Benadon: This is a 'a must return to' restaurant - wow! We had breakfast on a rainy Sunday morning and the view was beautiful, inside and outside. Server Kimberly C was wonderful as was the delicious food. We had mimosas, an avocado BLT omelot - the best omelot I have ever had, french toast with a scrumptious strawberry sauce, amazing potatoes, and great coffee. The interior is so beautiful I want to find an excuse to have a celebration here! Clearly the Pond House Cafe staff is a team, from the chef to the servers and everyone else! Thank you!

Marisa: Perfect location for a wedding. We chose to have a day wedding and the venue was able to accommodate easily whether it rained or was sunny! Leslie was our coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to support us for our day. She made the entire process seamless and stress free. The food was spectacular and all of our guests gave fabulous reviews on the food and the decorations within the venue. Highly recommend this venue for you wedding reception!

Paul Radcliffe: Easter Brunch - We were very excited to attend the recent Easter Brunch at the Pond House but the excitement ended when we arrived for our scheduled time slot and waited 40 minutes to be sat at our table. Once sat they requested that we NOT leave our table for the buffet line until a server takes our drink order!! Another 10 minute wait! Please note that buffet reservations are timed, ours was supposed to be 2:45-4:30. Once we were finally allowed to leave our table for food we were extremely disappointed with the offerings. Extremely soggy Ceasar salad drenched in dressing, very typical breakfast items - waffles weren't whole but instead broken dry bits of waffles. The carving station did offer a nice selection of meats and tuna but the portions being given were literally one paper thin slice. Considering that cost of over $200- for two adults and one child I would NEVER attend another buffet brunch at the Pond House nor would I recommend them. Additionally, during a trip to the buffet table, our entire table including still not yet finished cocktails were cleared from the table. When we inquired with a busser, he was less than professional and kinda just shrugged his shoulders. Overall, very disappointing experience!!

Vanessa Paddy: Cozy little cafe with delicious food. It’s air conditioned which is a treat in the summer! Would definitely come back again. Prices were reasonable, restrooms and cafe clean, fairly easy to park.

Joey Fratino: Regrettably, the quality of service at the café was not up to par during my recent visit. Despite having made a reservation, my party was not promptly seated, and our table remained unset after a wait of 40 minutes. The server assigned to our table was unresponsive and dismissive, which led to a poor customer experience. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and value for the price paid. We had to repeatedly request for our order to be taken, and the portions were unsatisfactory. While the busboy was commendable in his attentiveness, the same cannot be said for the quality of coffee served, which was below average. The dessert seemed stale and unappetizing, perhaps having been prepared days prior. To add to the disappointing experience, some of the workers at the buffet were discourteous, except for a few young men who were polite. It is with regret that I cannot recommend this café, except for the view, which was the only redeeming factor in an otherwise substandard experience.

Jim Tomlinson: We had a brunch-style wedding reception at the Pond House in December 2022 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was so beautiful decorated for the holidays, the staff were lovely, and the food was delicious. Cake from Creative Cakes by Donna was also wonderful! Leslie our coordinator really did a great job! Thank you!

Ashley Turner: If I could give a negative star I would. Beautiful building but as a contracted decorated for an event it is highly inappropriate to speak down to someone the way I was spoken to. The staff needs a class on how to speak to people.
