Andrew Lawrence: I had a terrible experience with an individual named Will.I asked about a few jobs for 3rd shift that were entry level and not, and he kept telling me that job isn't for me and this job isn't for you. Then he would call me talking to me about a 1st shift position that does not work at all with my schedule as he know this. I told him a few times.I could've had a 3rd shift job by now through this company if they gave me someone willing to actually help with my interests and MY knowledge of what I know what to do and can't do.Highly unsatisfied and wouldn't suggest this company as it was a waste of my time and felt scammy
frank torres: Not an honest agency, they also are not willing to work with you if do not the like job some other agencies are willing to work with you but not here.unprofessional there are better agencies out there. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Mechanical Mike: Of course like any other temp agency they only care about filling their open positions to make their salary, that’s it. If you need a job they could care less about helping people find one. Not to mention giving you a run around, phone tag and email tag, all over jobs paying under $17/hr. Not saying this out of spite because it’s my personal experience. Being a skilled worker with a vast experience range/background and qualification, my pay rate was turned down and laughed at because people working 15-20 years could make that amount. Of course $20/hr is what people make in 15-20 years because that’s their max rate, when that is my starting rate being a blue collar worker with a strong background and qualifications!!!
Kyle Szczepanek: I went to their office in West Springfield, located just off Riverdale, and talked to Lexi on Friday, it's now Tuesday and I have a job interview already. Should everything go well I'll be starting the following Monday. She's been really nice and helpful with everything. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a job in the Springfield area.

Charles Kruzits, the engineering recruiting manager for the West Springfield office, reached out to me after some former coworkers suggested to him I might be looking (I was). He didn't take up a lot time during my day, but instead we met in person after work later that week. We discussed what I felt my strengths were, what kind of positions I'd be interested in, my salary requirements, and what locations I'd be willing to commute to. In just 2 weeks he found a position that met my criteria, and he thought I'd be a good fit in. During the interview process he kept in contact with me and got back to me quickly to address any questions or concerns I had. I ended up receiving and accepting an offer and, so far, it's been the best position I've had in over a decade! Very highly recommend!

Holly Stratos: My husband went through them to find a new job. He went for an interview and was offered the job. He filled out all the paperwork and did the required physical. He was told by the Aerotek employee that he would call him in a couple of days with the start date. It's been 2 weeks. No phone calls returned and not a single call from anyone there. Completely unprofessional. Will not be recommending this company to anyone

NJ B (JB): Arrived at this career center today, and expected to have a positive experience in helping me find a career. Instead, I received no help whatsoever, only humiliation by the "CEO" Kevin Lynn. The building had two more hours to remain open before they closed, when I first came in about an hour or so before this, all I was told was to watch an intro video. A video that pretty much put me to sleep and during the video I was looking at employees, making it quite aware that I may need some assistance. I gave up raising my hand after the third attempt. I understand sleeping at a career center is not acceptable, however, that is not the reason that brought me in. I didn't say, "I think I'm going to go down to the Springfield career center to take a nap, because it's that comfortable...I mean c'mon. I have never seen such lack of professionalism, especially from a CEO of a company. Maybe a warning or possibly the question of, is there a reason you fell asleep? Is there something we failed to help you with? Umm, thanks for asking, and yes there is. How pathetic, I'm extremely disappointed. By far the worst career center experience I have ever had.

John Papasodora: Very good location with lots of free parking. The building is newer and very clean. They offer many different programs for unemployed workers such as computer classes, resume writing and use of computers for job searching. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have onsite job fairs and help answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're having trouble finding a job.

Sean Adams: The woman who helped me was perfectly nice, the interview itself for the position I applied for was a good experience, but after I left, I was asked to send a list of references to my interviewer, which I did and I was told I would be contacted once a decision had been made about the position. Also, they said that they would be asking their colleague about a position that might better match my skill set, cool, I thought. Shortly after my interview, the next week they re-posted the job on all of the job boards, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. I honestly thought it was pretty unprofessional of them. I haven't been contacted once, left in the dark, and all I feel like is that they used this position to lure me into their office to get into their candidate pool. I won't be applying to any position through United Personnel any time soon.

Matthew Kunasek: Very very disrespectful and rude, i have had an employee raise her voice to me on the phone due to a medical situation that I've been trying to take care of. I was there every single day and the 1 time I had to go to the doctors for what I had I ended up getting let go. I suggest nobody comes to this place. You will be very disappointed

I met with them and passed a long my resume back in November 2017 and have not had more than one interview. That interview mind you, was offered to me the day I was in and was not what I was looking for AT ALL. I've heard nothing from them since, even with checking in regularly. I stopped over the holidays because I figured why bother. They never have anything anyway. When I called after the New Year the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and honestly just pissed me off. You're better of using other agencies in the area.

I trusted and believed in this Company .So many people told me that I must of been naive to actually believe what I was being told by HR. That I needed to get it thru my head that I was just another body to fill an empty slot period. Sadly to say they were correct. No-one to blame but myself I let my guard down and had faith & trust in a Co. that I actually cared about & foolishly believed cared about me also. Petrona francisco: The people who work here are very nice, what I didn't like was that they didn't give me my check stub, to see my hours, they told me they would send it to me by email, and they didn't, I asked about two or three times for the check stub and they told me the same thing but nothing ever came by email. But other than that, I would say this agency is decent.
