MassMutual Center: what do users think?
Alla Maltsev: Love coming here for hockey games. It's very nice that it's so close to MGM garage. The string lights are a very beautiful touch in the streets on the way to and from the casino. Seats are not the most comfortable, but this is to be expected. It's a no frills kind of place.
John Barber: Typical athletic venue converted for an awesome concert.
Keith Laflamme: Small but good sounding venue for any type of music.
Amber Laviolette: Event center with arena and smaller conference/event rooms. Hosts hockey games which I've gone to a few and had lots of fun and excitement but parking lot clears from bottom to top so park lower levels!
Joshua Samuel: Attended a convention in this building and had a good experience.
Aurora: They host great events!!
Lyzz yala: Awesome
Scott Haviland: Lack of parking at the center. Staff wasn’t friendly. Show was amazing.
Brandon Turcotte: I love it here
Pablo Rodriguez: MassMutualAlways so cleam
Laura W: Rude staff
Allen “Snowtrain” Lefebvre: Great venue for a hockey game, concert
Jithendra Yogarasa: Very nice arena with a lovely staff. Great place to watch hockey games and shows. Free parking across the street at the MGM Casino.
Nilsa Rosado: Love Disney on ice
Veronica Maysonet: Wonderful experience
Michael Hunter: Great venu with good prices.
Danielle Balistreri: This place is such a special venue to watch a hockey game. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and have so many great memories! From Disney on Ice to the Falcons, and now the Thunderbirds - such a fun time! This weekend they had a dog friendly event, the “St. Pawdy’s Day” hockey game, and it was a big hit! We loved seeing all the different dogs having fun and enjoying the party. There are a ton of different food and beverage options also. You can enjoy typical stadium fare like pretzels and hot dogs or help yourself to barbecue or Chik-fil-A!The only thing I would comment on would be the bathrooms. It would be great if they were tended to a bit more throughout the events. They can be a bit smelly and dirty.Overall, one of the gems of Springfield, MA
Last Ride: It was always a great time watching the thunderbirds play.
Tony Pallotto: Great 👍
Roger Leblanc: Clean. Respectful employees. Parking is awful.
dsm 1ga: Super belle place et très belle game de hockey.

Symphony Hall: what do users think?
Douglas S. G. Munford: I've been to dozens of concerts over the last five decades. SSH has consistently the best sound. A lovely building inside and out. The seating is comfortable, the staff, accomodating. Parking is convenient (close-by, often free for cnocert goers, and staffed by professionals). SSH's acoustics are quite good. All factors considered, this is one of the best space in New England to attend a concert.
Terry Eaklor: Beautiful building
John Juniet: Symphony Hall is a wonderfully classic music hall. It's marble floors and Greek Revival pillars hearken to a time when theater was a prominent part of the life in and around Springfield. We saw the Air Force Concert Band from Washington DC there. Beautiful sound and great seats anywhere.
Ron Lemelin: Amazing place
Stephanie Attoumo: Great concert hall. Old and probably historic. Comfortable seats. Clean restrooms. I parked at MGM as that's who organized the concert. Snacks were expensive but I felt the water/soda/beer was priced fair.
Anna Duarte: Had a great time worshiping the lord.😊
Jeannette Vermette: I've had the opportunity to enjoy many events over the past two decades and Symphony Hall in all its splendor never disappointed.
Stephen M. Daniels: CRAMPED SEATING
Kathleen Adams: Went there for the first time this weekend for a concert and it was great. There's not a bad seat in the house. Had a wonderful time
Doug Brown: Very clean and enjoyable for the whole family
Henry Lanouette: Springfield Public Forum, Astronaut Scott Kelly, gave a great talk. Very excellent
Katheen E Auer: Springfield Public Forum hosted a lecture by Astronaut Scott Kelly. Accomodations were fine. Seats are a little small for larger people.
Lee Kay: Beautiful theater, very ornate. There are signs of aging in hanging wires, bubling paint and cracks, but it was still a great auditorium for a show.Be advised, the elevator is small and only goes to the second floor. There are only stairs to get to the third floor balcony.
Chris M: This place is sooo absolutely amazing..anywhere you sit you have a good view of the stage. I wish I was able to go to more shows here!
Fred Lewis: Wonderful experience, the symphony was superb and the guest conductor and artists were fabulous.
Rafael Baez: Good
Michael Weber: Great shows and beautiful theater.
Johnny Scott: The Springfield Symphony orchestra is no joke!! if you love music, this is the place to be! An Awesome performance!
Gloria Caballer-Arce: Historic evening with the symphony compared by two African American composers. Fabulous!
Ada Landry: Great space, nice people, fantastic music.
Ivelisse Gonzalez Ferrera (Dona): Excent facilites. Right temperature, clean, orderly, top notch events

Big E Xfinity Arena: what do users think?
David Asnes: Excellent venue to see a concert. Only downside is too much Marijuana smoking with younger kids around.
Mark Gibson: The seating is a little confusing but once seated we could see the stage fine.
Yandell Smith: Amazing time with lots of things to do!
Maureen: Lynyrd Skynyrd was AMAZING!! The sound was truly magnificent. Great time, so glad we went!!
Alex Price: Great spot for an outdoor concert venue in the heart of the fairgrounds, with tons of things to do before your show! The sound quality was good here, and even the security knows how to enjoy a metal show without getting overly involved.Parking was easy to find and literally across the street.
Tammy Freeman: Nelly put on a great show
Trent Wilson: I saw bring me the horizon and the show was great however during Sleepwalking I couldn't hear the guitars at all I could only hear the drums and Oli but other than that it was great.
mimi R: Loved OT!!!
Shelly Krpata: Went to see Sublime… highlight of my visit to the Big E we had a good time at the show
pamela bardsley: Saw NELLY last night. The show was amazing, security was on point. Exiting the venue was easy after the show. Definitely will go to shows at this venue in the future.
Mary Sowa: Fun
Rosanna Riehl: Sat through Styx in the pouring rain. I was soaked. I heard afterwards from a friend they were passing out cheap rain ponchos. I really wish they walked through the stadium passing them out. I really could have used one.
Lorraine: It was great to be able to go this year! Good food and time had by all.
Scott Wiest: It was a different experience to see a Concert at.
Tony Pallotto: AWSOME THE BEST EVER CANT WAIT GOR NEXT YEAR OUTLAWS WERE INCREDIBLE
Karena Garcia: I always have such a fun time at The Big E!
jimmy shine: Decent place for a show ..but..if you have good seats get there early...front row turns into a basic free for all...security no where to b seen..
WhitLuv: It's been 10 years since I've been to the Big E, and I just felt like a kid all over again!..Everything felt the same.. definitely had to but a Candy Apple and a Baked Potato... and a Turkey Leg...lol...Yummy!!!
Laura Kania: Had a good day at the Big E. It is expensive everywhere, admission, parking, rides, food. I enjoyed the parade with Budweiser horses, they are beautiful. Saw a great concert at the Big Arena (Pat Benatar).
Rob Lee: Pat Benetar
Eric J. Crowe: Great place for a concert... Every seat is a good one for the price.

The Big E: what do users think?
Victoria Rivera: Best way to enjoy all kinds of food rides and see all kinds of things for sale plus they have the daily free circus three times a day which is so entertaining and the animals are awesome love watching the chicks hatch oh yea can't forget the free concerts also
John Valdez: We went in mid september and it was amazing the rides were good and the food was great. the only problem was that tickets were pretty pricy
William Carrier: Good place to visit
Clayton Partin: A good time
Matthew Read: I love The Big E. I eat all day. I eat everything. It’s fun 🤩
Mike Milanczuk: Great show as always. Great vendors and staff is amazing
Jacqueline Dufresne: Too expensive to get in !! By the time you pay to park then pay for admission then to buy snacks. Wow L0
Ne Pats: The RV show was awesome !
Ron Chamberlin: Off season visit for a firearm and knife and memorabilia show.
Renirus: Same as it's always been my whole life 46 years For the most part fun but always way too expensive to enjoy thoroughly they have truly priced everything so high if you have a. Family dinner alone could cost you over $100 and that's for lunch even parking is nuts that's just too much and nobody goes because you can't afford anything when you get here
Tina Richburg: Loved the cramping show .
Peter Hill: I was there for the RV show. The biggest in New England. Most of the trailers I looked at online, but there was so much value in seeing them for real. The fairground was a great location with plenty of indoor space.
Bill Heywood: Went to the camping show
Cynthia Marinoff: Was there for camping Show. Helped out in the FCRV Camping Club booth. Met a lot of friendly people.
Edward Rodriguez: Solo el tiempoSi tienes tiempo te lo recomiendo
K Apl3ft: Parking is still confusing, especially for handicapped. Once you figure it out , it becomes a 'Doh' moment. A sign would be helpful.Quite a few couples campers this year for the RV show. Nice to see versus last year. It's still a tad confusing to maneuver about as everything is set up in pod clusters.Folks were pleasant and friendly as well as the crowd.
Aaron Davis: RV Camping Show
william smith: not the big e...but the camping show is just as busy
MonadKing: Went there for a car parts swap meet and would have given it 5 stars, but off season, we should not have to pay for parking. $5.00 a car is a rip-off. We had a handy cap placard, so we were directed to an area where not even spaces marked handy cap. After we walked to the door, there were so many spots in general parking near the door open because the place wasn't busy, and there were hardly any vendors to make it worthwhile to pay $13.00 to even get in. Never go again to that show. it's not worth it.
Jeri Benedict: We went to the train show, and picked up a few trinkets. Great time!
Blaine Holbrook: Huge and accommodating

Big E Gate 1: what do users think?
joshua potter: Guernsey cattle show was great.
Joe Allegrini: Very pleasant
Jane Myers: Great facility!
Mary Beth Shirzadi: Always courteous and friendly employees at this gate!
Mr. E.: This is the westernmost gate at the fairgrounds. Entry from here brings you to a vast world of excitement and not so cheap thrills. Look... I'm not saying that the place is expensive, but it certainly isn't for the budget conscious. The fact is that they don't care about you as people. All they see are walking dollar signs like you see in the cartoons. Only, unlike the animations that we grew up on, this is not amusing in any way. From the moment you arrive, you are bombarded with super expensive prices for even the basics. They charge for water!! Remember when you used to always be able to find public drinking fountains? Well good luck now. By taking them out, you are now forced to buy environmentally unfriendly single use plastic bottles who's contents are often pumped from communities who are given the screw when it comes to paying for the water. Just a couple of towns over from me, there's a bottling company who is paying less per gallon than the break even cost for the town to supply them. How is that fair? It isnt! It is much better to get a reusable bottle, and fill it up at home. The water will taste better, and the earth won't hate you as much.
SeeTurtle -: Came here for the Northeastern poultry congress
Janet Mcveigh: Right in for Christmas activities
mark tripp: Great family fun!
David Smith: Nice Place To Go .
Melissa Sivard: Great fun at the Big E. Gate 1 is a wonderful placevto sit & relax, plus perfect seats forbthe parade. I had a blast w/ my husband this year at the Big E. Can't wait for next year already. Hoping for some good concerts to go to. Last years were amazing.
Richard Tetreault: Good service
Austin Hernandez: If you’re going to the big E, don’t navigate here! Go park at the public parking area! You’ll lose a lot of time going here, I learned my lesson the hard way.
Karnagetic: Get there early!!! Have fun!!!!
Devon Lachance: Anyone who goes to the first or last gate, should be given a handicap sticker because you will literally have to wait inline for 2 hours when you could just walk 100ft to the next gate with no line.
Edward Surpris: Great time with the family. It was cold , but the spent was well worth it 👌.
Maiku Marianda: If you need to gain weight this is the place to go.
Michael and Steve: This was an amazing experience! So many businesses offering information on their services, foods etc.
Buck: Not overly fond of the Big E, however, every year we go for an hour or two too look around at the new changes.
Rebecca Lynn: Always fun each year so much to do
Colleen O'Connor: We got through quickly and easily
