It was great coming back from vacation to a partially newer home.I was dreading a mess because everyone told me that had been their experience. Yes, there was dust, but nothing like I had expected. The house and floors are 70 years old and we’re in good shape but the floor was covered in glue from old carpet, tons of staples, and some extensively damaged boards. Chet took a look and was unconcerned about all of it, gave me a quote for the work that day, and started and finished work the same week.He explained the options between water based and solvent based coatings, how any repaired boards would go, and what level of shine I wanted to use. He also gave me lots of information on the history of the house construction and how to care long term for the white oak and inlaid boarder on the floors.You can’t even tell there was damage to the floors, there was one board in particular that had termite damage that was simply cut out and replaced, you’d never know now! The house was also clean and pretty dust free when I came back after it was done. Quick and great work, highly reccomended!

He was very professional and knowledge and took the time to give us all the options. It only took two hours to set before we could walk on them. He also was the only company we called that answered the phone and kept in contact. The price was very reasonable. He uses a very low smell polyurethane which was important to me because my daughter is highy sensitive to smell. Great guy. Great job.

I was needing their help on a rehab local to them, and at a distance for me. Dominick was on top of everything that I needed, providing service I could not get from any other store. Erika listened to what I needed for cabinets' function and features, and created an amazing design to enhance the kitchen and bathrooms. With their value, I purchased all the flooring, cabinets, & plumbing fixtures from them. They even helped with my appliance purchases. I will continue to use them on other projects.

Ryan Cadigan: They were sub contracted out of Home Depot. I would 100% recommend going anywhere else. They caused over $500 worth of damage and then jerked me off for 4 months to pay for damages. Pitiful would describe the services I received.

rdnkfire: I had ACS as a subcontractor through Home. Depot in Westfield. I was called the night prior and was left a voicemail staying they would be over the following morning between 8 a.m. and noon. At 7:51 a.m. that morning I was called and told they would not be arriving because they did not have the carpet. After a little while deliberation with Home Depot and ACS I was rescheduled for a Saturday morning and they were told they needed to be there for 8 a.m. because I needed to leave for work at noon. I called at 8:30 in the morning since I had not received a phone call the prior night to confirm their arrival I was told good news they have left the warehouse. When I informed the lady on the other end of the phone that they were supposed to be in my driveway at 8 a.m. she said oh hold on let me find out their whereabouts she then told me they would be in between 9:15 and 9:30. 10 a.m. rolls around and they still did not show I had to reschedule for the following Wednesday at 8 a.m. which was confirmed by the installation manager her name was Jean. Again they didn't show up at 8 a.m. they didn't show until 9 a.m. and did not leave until 12:45 when I needed to leave by noon for work. ACS is a terrible company to have do work for you they claim that their motto is 100% customer satisfaction and will do anything to make that happen including meeting a tight deadline. After 2 no shows and terrible communications would that company and they would not take the old carpeting due to pet smell even with two no-shows I will make sure and from here on out if Home Depot is to have things installed at my house again ACS is not allowed on my property I suggest you don't let them on yours.UPDATE- they forgot to install the transition strips so they have to come back to install them, also I noticed some damage to sheet rock and an area where no tack strip was put down.

David McCooey: Horrible job done by the Home Depot crew. Damaged my woodwork in every room they installed in. Put marks on my freshly painted walls as well. Seaming is barely satisfactory. Used a restroom I specifically directed them not to use and didn't flush. Complained to Home Depot and got lots of talk but no action to make it right.

L M: I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use this company! Home Depot should be ashamed for using them as a subcontractor. They were supposed to come between 12-4 yesterday. Showed up at 5:30 (no call). They finished my job at 10:39PM! The job looks horrible and totally unprofessional. Corners fraying, bubbles in sections, stairs not cut and secured properly. Totally sloppy job. But honestly what do you expect when guys are cutting the carpet on my front lawn in the dark? Shame on ACS for not properly scheduling their jobs. Shame on me for continuing to use Home Depot, which has screwed up multiple cabinet and countertop installations. Do yourself a favor, and pay a little more for good service. You definitely get what you pay for with ACS and Home Depot. They've only offered me 20% off and are now coming back to fix the "workmanship issues." I don't even want this company touching my flooring again, but I have no choice because they've offered to fix it. If they mess it up again, I will refute the charge on my credit card. Believe all of the poor reviews about ACS and Home Depot installs. Look elsewhere!

Jamie Alvarez: Met with him to give an $1100 deposit (approximately 1/3 of the total quote) on Thursday 12/31/20. He was to begin work on Monday January 4th 2021. He never showed up. We messaged him for 2 days and he blocked both my wife and my number. Complete radio silence. Do not do business with this scum bag.

Danielle Dickstein: Can not recommend. Similar to others experiences, the group came recommended but was a complete nightmare to work with. Never showed up on time, excuse after excuse as to the no-show behavior. The finished product was a complete mess along the edges. They left stain on our cabinets and walls, beat up our walls and cabinets with their sanding, and failed to bring the stain to the edges of corners or along the kitchen cabinets.I honestly think I could have done a better job myself, and I am not a handy person. I wish I had cancelled after his first no-show day, and gone with a real professional.

The son however after alot of back and forth of excuses through text. After Alot of excuses and no responses he said he will come tmrw. After tearing apart my home to accomadate his schedule he was a no show and no call! Finally got a response hours later he gave us his word that THIS TIME HE WILL SHOW UP( NOTE BLEW US OFF ALREADY ONCE). HE AGAIN didnt show up, call or textVery upsetting. Had to text him to let him know we were going with someone else. I work with alot of contractors. He by far is the worst! Beware consumer

He kept delaying when he would show up, with repeated excuses. We lost confidence that he would ever show up and actually finish the job, so we cancelled completely after a couple days of his no shows.

Glen Buckley: Berzenski Floor Sanding was brought in by the general contractor for our Chicopee remodeling project. They stained new flooring and refinished existing flooring so that it would match. They also refinished the second floor staircase treads. They did a very professional job. You are unable to tell were the old floorboards end and the new ones begin. They came and did what they said they were going to do and on the timeline they gave. They cleaned up after themselves and gave instructions to protect and preserve the wood flooring. I give this company the highest rating.
