WE Spgfld: ....want to thank the flower box and the owner for going out of their way to fill a last minute order and being very patient with our difficult family emergency. The flowers were outstanding and certainly more than I had imagined for the money. Delivery was made same day and just within a couple hours of ordering. Everyone has bad days, and they made ours a little brighter...thanks to the owner and the deliveryman....

I'm experience, Sympathy arrangements are primarily white - with all major flowers being white.I called today to share some feedback on the arrangement that was received and spoke to the owner, Brian. Rather than listen to the feedback and calmly explain the challenges with "supply chain," he chose to respond with, "most people aren't so PICKY to want every FRICKIN' flower to look exact, feeling ENTITLED, like they're ordering at McDonald's..."I was not treated with respect and share my experience so others will not be subjected to the same.

Yvette Martinez: Feeling Very disappointed.. my brother ask me to help order some flowers and chocolate for his wife for their anniversary to be delivered to her job which they did deliver the flowers but not the chocolate box. I called him them back and told him the flowers got to her but not the chocolates he came out in a very disrespectful way saying YES SHE DID! I said no she didn't... like if I was lying.. He than repeated again YES SHE DID! THAN I hear someone in the background saying I forgot to deliver the chocolate.. The owner than says oh he's going right now to deliver the chocolate.. which I didn't even get an apology or nothing . Found this to be very unpleasant and rude, after Spending $70 at this place when I could had gone Elsewhere. I don't recommend this place.

Mary Stefano: I have been using this florist for many years. Loved the work. Ordered an arrangement for a friend who lost their husband. Same delivery area I have sent to in the past. No notification that the order was canceled due to gas prices. Totally embarrassed that the flowers I ordered did not arrived. When I called they said I received notification immediately following my order confirmation. That did not happen. They said they would forward that notification. That ALSO did not happen. Buyer beware. My city was listed as one of their service areas.

Fresh Hell Podcast: I called the flower box with a budget in mind for my mother’s funeral. Brian was incredibly helpful and was absolutely right in his recommendations for the beautiful Sacred Heart Church. Not only were his suggestions under budget it was perfection- he even remembered my asking for no lilies unless they’re lily of the valley. He found lily of the valley, one of moms favorites. I’d recommend without hesitation, not only were they helpful and on time and the arrangement was gorgeous- they saved me money. Thank you again, we’ll be doing business you with you again.

I got denied by two other florists for such a quick delivery but a friend of mine suggested Langone's. They most definitely delivered !!!(metaphorically and literally.. LOL). We got both arrangements in an hour and everything was so beautiful.. EXACTLY what I asked for. I'm never going anywhere else again. They saved the day.

I called very last minutes for a flower delivery for a friend that lost someone suddenly. I asked if it was possible to get them delivered that same day if not, it was ok. Not only did they get those flowers there with Big E traffic it was such a beautiful arrangement. That was waiting for her when she returned from the wake.

I received a text that morning from Teleflora as notification that the local florist could not deliver. I called Teleflora & learned the exact vase was unavailable but they could deliver in a similar vase with similar floral selections. I agreed. I received another text notification again stating the local florist couldn’t deliver. Again, I called Teleflora. This time, the local florist said it was now too late to deliver because the shop would close at noon. I cancelled the order. I learned the recipient would be home Tuesday morning so I called Teleflora to re-order... again happily paying the additional “before 12pm” fee.A floral arrangement was delivered and I received a thank you text with a photo from the recipient. I had ordered a peaceful, respectful, soothing collection of white lilies with cream roses and accents of small blue flowers. The photo revealed a colorful, celebratory, group of purple, yellow, & red flowers that did not remotely represent the chosen sympathy arrangement.I emailed Teleflora and their representative graciously refunded a fair amount representing the difference in value. I’m deeply disappointed in the lack of care & concern shown by the local florist at the Flowers Flowers shop. This is the type of service that may break a Teleflora vendor contract. Buyer beware of “Flowers Flowers” regarding delivery.

Also, they were so kind, helpful and courteous on the phone when discussing options, it really made it easier for me (us) during an obviously difficult time. I highly recommend them.

JOHN: delivery drivers are reckless. was at a light. driver could not wait for car in front of him so he went flying around him almost tipping and causing a accident with another on coming driver. I called the company. got a who cares attitude from person on other end. Probly the owner. be careful if you see these trucks.STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM. Drivers like this gives us professional drivers a bad rap. i have been driving for 21 years with 2mill miles and i thought i seen it all.
