Glen Buckley: We picked Frank Webb's Bath and Lighting Center for our kitchen and bathroom fixtures per the recommendation of our GC and others. We worked with Lori, the showroom manager. Lori was easy to work with and a wealth of information. We were pleased with the product selection at the showroom. We especially liked that the fixtures worked and we were able to test them in the showroom. We were able to purchase all of our kitchen and bathroom fixtures in one place and found them all to be of high quality at a reasonable price. We are very happy with our decision to use Frank Webb's Bath and Lighting Center and with their professionalism and customer service.
Jil H. Lesko: Huge store and showroom. Excellent variety of quality kitchen and bath items. We worked with Jody Babilonia -- she was really helpful, listened to us and guided to exactly what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the products and provided us with lots of information about product lines to help us decided what we really liked. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Sonserae Munford: I usually dont write reviews but I had to on this one. The lady with the very short blonde hair is VERY rude. With a quick look at her name tag her name might have been Don (she has 3 letters on her tag). The store was busy and she was outside smoking a cigarette then blamed not being at the register on being the only one working at that time. If you have a bad experience don't bother calling to speak to the manager, I believe her name is Marie. She is just as rude.
Nadezhda Dimoglo: Very Very rude worker named Marie which I believe is a manager. I was returning a couple things and she did not like that and was extremely rude and very unprofessional from the moment i walked in and she saw it was a return. I had to get my things and go down to state street to return my items where I was greeted with a smile not a glare. I will never be back!

Doug Fitzpatrick: The pharmacist staff seem to feel that they can talk down to you as a customer, I dropped off a script and they literally lost it for a controlled substance , OF COURSE they denied ever receiving it at all. I asked the head pharmacist to review the cameras as it was 3 hours before and he said to me that they don't have the time to do that and furthermore he said if his pharmacy tech said she never got it then that is how it will stand. I was irate , took me 4 days to get a new script as any controlled substance medication that is... Ahem ...Lost then the DEA needs to be informed and lots of procedures need to occur before a new script is issued if it is issued at all. I think they have some a junky working there that wanted to steal but after I threw a fit im sure whatever employee had that script threw it away

Noho Tech: I work for CVS prescription delivery partners. I went to this store to pickup two time sensitive prescriptions for delivery. Unfortunately I was welcomed by a unprofessional pharmacy manager in a rude way. She did not handed over me prescriptions for almost two hours while I was standing in the store. On the other hand she was threatening me to call the cops because I asked her twice why she is not handing over me the prescriptions (All this time my company's customer service representative was on phone and waiting to get her reply about not giving me prescriptions). Finally I requested an other employee from the store to talk to her and help me get prescriptions. Not because I'll be getting few dollars for the delivery but I was really concerned about the prescriptions for the patient. Pharmacy manager kept the prescriptions on her desk for 2 hours without any reason except her attitude. I humbly request CVS management please do not give authority or power to these kind of selfish and unprofessional people. I also request customers please do not go to this CVS store if you really concern about you and your family's health.
J G: I have had nothing but trouble with cvs pharmacy since January. The other day is just one example. I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year. Been getting the same prescriptions not a problem. Well in January I got covid and it all started. I had them do an automatic refill online and a week went by no one got back to me. I finally called the pharmacy and said something and the girl on the phone asked me for my dr number. They had been calling the wrong dr. Imagine a pharmacy tech who doesn't know how to call the accurate dr . A medication I have been getting thru them for a year ? I said are you kidding me ? She proceeded to tell me it's because " no on wants to work. " I said that has nothing to do with your mistake. And feel very unsafe and not at all confident in cvs.

Thad: Girlfriend needed the booster, she waited 20 minutes for the pharmacist to come out and give it. She was the only one getting it, what’s the hold up. I had to go say something to the pharmacy and they say “he’s busy” in a rude voice. Busy how? It took less than a minute to give the shot. You’re telling me he can’t take a quick break from his “busy work” to go give the shot then go back to what he was doing? Also he then had the audacity to tell us to wait 15 minutes after, screw you buddy you made us wait 20 already. Final complaint is that the hand soap is in the hair products aisle, no signs telling you that btw. Overall must say this cvs is the lowest on the tier list.

Wendy Lin: I called the pharmacy as a healthcare provider, and couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I spent 20 minutes on hold and then the phone continued to ring for 10 minutes before the staff hung up on me. My colleague attempted to call and was left on the phone for 45 minutes before they hung up on her. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm glad I wasn't an ER staff member calling to figure out what medications an unconscious, trauma patient was taking because I likely would not have been able to get any answers from them. Completely unacceptable.
