Claire Webb: Amazing place! I can’t believe we’d never been here before. I called to ask if they had copies of Horizon Forbidden West on its release day and they not only had them but put one aside for us under my name. And the store itself was so cool - they had games I haven’t seen since I was a kid and it was a treasure trove of DVDs and games of all kinds and all consoles. Just a very very cool place with kind and helpful people working there. I’ll definitely be going back!

Kason Jacquez: Had an amazing experience at this store! They have an excellent selection of Magic the Gathering cards, both packs and singles. Chad (the man at the counter) was both polite and professional. He answered my questions and the prices were excellent. I will definitely find myself returning to buy, sell, and participate in the variety of modern and commander tournaments this store also offers!

Forza Finatic: The owner was so beyond helpful and patient with me while I was in the store. I asked questions and was new to the scene but was given amazing explanations about everything. Prices are fair and the atmosphere is fun. I talked to multiple different players/ enjoyers of different games and they were really nice when they didn’t have to be. The quality of the products is fantastic and from just the experience I had alone makes me want to shop there again and get into these games. The owner is kind and fosters a very welcoming community and environment that people of all ages and game backgrounds can come in and have a common place. I highly recommend taking your business to this shop as they treat you like family whether you’re a veteran of the hobby or brand new.
FAMILY DESPARD: I have been going to 5 star games since they opened. I was actually the very first customer to purchase a bunch of magic the gathering products. The store is huge, an amazing selection of MANY hobby products, staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Every time I come & visit. I end up buying something lol. I suggest you stop by & check this place out for yourself. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Zachary Peterson: I was in there and some other customers came in trying to sell an expensive card to the store owner and he was offering them a really low amount because he has to make profit, I asked them if I could offer for a higher amount and he said he was going to call the cops, and that I can offer like that when I own my own game store. I can tell you I will never go back here if he is gonna low ball people and then threaten me for offering them more for something I’ve wanted. That’s a terrible and rude way to treat customers.
Doug: Stopped in a couple weeks back and thought the store was great. Clean, well-lit and easy to move around in. Chatted with the owner for a bit and they were really great too. Look forward to the next time I'm in the area and can stop by and actually play some cards here.

Joseph Fisher: Good employees but the changes in company policies to try and keep from going under are bringing them further and further apart from their clientele and what makes them what they were in the first place. I don't see them being around much longer.
Thomas Fox: Stopped in and needed some help choosing a game. Spoke with Andrew, who was tremendously helpful. We discussed what games I struggled with, and ones I liked. He listened, asked probing questions, made suggestions, and helped me to select a game I adore - outstanding customer service! Sure, we can shop online, but sometimes it's that human interaction that makes all the difference.
Dionisio Plaza: I reserve dying light 2. They said come at 9pm and you get your copy. Got there at 8 59 and the store is close. Guy counting down the register. Gate close and all. Why tell me come at 9pm if that is the store closing time. Happen on Feb 3. I lost time. I could of had game downloaded already. Would of been playing right now. But am here giving you a bad review. And over all have to wait till 10am to get my copy that you promise yesterday. Not cool.

George Hall: I went to do some trade ins and was told there was a list of games that despite the website having trade values, the specific store doesn't take certain games. Kind of BS, I get tired of this and the fact that gamestop always tells me they don't do price matching, but other people report they do. It always seems this store specifically picks and chooses who they want to help and when.

He said to me, “next time you should just ask for a price match because now you’re making my register negative”. I told him “that’s good to know” and dismissed his comment. He went on to say “yea because we haven’t made any sales today (2:37pm) it’s a Covid Monday and all the slackers are sitting at home playing their games”. I just grabbed what I needed and got up out of there. You’d think I came to return something at a tag sale. 😬

Clovenhoof: This store was amazing when open previously, but it seems now the store is indeed closed. The sign claims the government has taken it, and we didn't observe any other signage describing what may happen next.There is no website for this store and the Facebook updated so uncommonly there is nothing indicating this other than Google just saying 'Temporarily Closed' with no other info. A good store, but who knows what may happen in the future. We shall see.
Craig Jaremczuk: This place has EVERYTHING you could ever want relating to gaming from vintage games right up to brand new. Ive been into different types of gaming for 30 years or more and the prices here are beyond fair. Don't pass this place up!
