Ryan Kurtz: Unreliable, poor record keeping, and terrible customer service. One of the absolute worst businesses I have ever worked with. I transitioned to another company after a couple months of endless problems.
Kadie Albano: Horrible customer service. Been trying to have our service canceled for a month because they refuse to work with their customers business hours. We open at 3 and they refuse to deliver or pick up at that time. Scheduled three pick up now, have they picked up the tanks? No. But they’ll continue to bill us for a service we don’t want. Maybe you guys will read this and get annoyed with me and come get them to not have to deal with me anymore. Stop giving me attitude every time I try to schedule a pick up and just come get them. We don’t need these tanks we found a better service, we just thought you’d like them back.

Peter McLoughlin: Ivey is the best around western mass, great guys and girls, always have the basics, the new innovative stuff and they hire welders/ ex- Welder’s , they speak steel and know what you want, I’ll call in an order and send my wife (a paralegal that knows nothing about welding) and they help her load if it’s heavy and I always get what I ask for. Also pete is always willing to come to a job or your shop for tec support if your having issues with a Machien or a consumable , 100% support, and if you beat on them a bit they’ll match cyberweld on new equipment within a few bucks and you’ll have piece of mind that they will back it up should you get bad equipment- can’t say enough about Ivey! Been doing business with them for almost 20 years now.
ShootNWeld Dean: This place is better than Six Flags! You can browse an entire isle of different types of welding gloves or one to over a whole isle of different grinding wheels, how exciting! I hope your experience is as THRILLING as mine was.
