cory phan: School is good but service during the pandemic is isn’t what I expected I wanted to get my original computer back to when u realized the it wasn’t messed up but the refused to give it back on the same day now there telling me the gave it away to someone else and now I’m stuck with this old computer as a replacement

Genesis G: Most teachers are sarcastic, just move a long even if you do not understand what is going on. These teachers need to go over the work with the students for lots that do not understand the subject they are trying to learn. Do your job, and the students won't fail. Reach out to them, stop leaving them behind. This school is too challenging for lots of students that go here.
Glow Flow: went from D ' s on my report card in middle school to A ' s & B ' s so I would say its a good school :)

miguel soto: okay so i write this to wake parents up from sending there kids here, First of all it nothing how they say, the teachers pick the athlete over other students, the kids curse, as well as the staff , also most are racist and prejudice, forcing there beilefs on too others, they are unconsiderate, and sorry for the staff members whom do care, the prinpical is a dick who doesnt know how to talk to students with respect, with the exception of the athletes. bullies and kids with larger threats are everywhere,tons of kids have illegal things, weed, kinfifes, i seen it all behind these walls. really read this good parents, if you dont care about the B.S. your kids do , and the education they recieve this the place , but if you do care about your children send them else where

Andrew Park: Field trips for only 6th and 9th graders this year... that's fair.Work is tedious and boring for the most part and too politically correct.The school lost the "hands on" aspect as we can no longer afford field trips for all grades. Most class work from my recent experience has been independent writing. Science class is the only thing you can get "hands on" with. Overall, i'd say go somewhere else and make your life easier.

iiLeslieTorresii: This is my first year at Renaissance as a 6th grader, and I love it so far! If you have a problem, they will actually do the best they can to solve it. The teachers are so nice there and they are strict enough to make sure your child is getting smarter. I also love my crew teacher! Her name is Ms. Pirog and she really cares about us. Crew is a class where students are able to create a relationship with others and where friendship can mostly happen. I love my crew but at first, we had to make a few adjustments 😉. We started getting better and better when we accually open up and be nice to each other. Renaissance is the best school ever so your lucky if your child gets in here! Don’t ruin your chance! A lot of people aren’t able to get in too! Don’t listen to those bad reviews. They might be jealous 😉😂😂

Tye Yashem: Probably one of the best schools in Springfield. The students can actually have fun while learning. Great school for college preparedness. Stop by the school and ask for a tour. It'll be worth it.
Ariana Bailey: It's cool. Learning wise, the teachers are well explained and if you don't understand something, they re-teach it in a way you will understand. Kids, they are very bad and they should take advantage of this good learning environment.

Sparky Mite: This have been the best 4 years of my life this school doesn't try to be something they are not we have the best Rotc program in Springfield and the best band in the state and we are happy to be who we are , at least I know I am

Harley Hybrid: This school was horrible when I went, they didn't even know what grade to place me in, so I was put in Sophomore grade, taking Junior classes.The staff was horrid and unfair to students. I skipped one class, ONE time, and the admin called a truant officer on me and the 300 pound psycho screamed and spit in my face (a 90 pound girl) and then shoved me into the temp ID's lady's desk. Later when we tried to press charges, the Principal claimed their security footage for that office was unavailable because the cameras weren't on. I heard the Principal tell one of his teachers to throw a 17 year old boy out of school because he wouldn't take off his hat in class. "He's 17, he can take care of himself" he said, while I sat in handcuffs because I skipped ONE class. The admin who called the cop on me made me feel bad about being put in Sophomore grade, at 18, and that I should just drop out and get my GED. I would have been a Junior if I stayed in Chicopee. SciTech was FULL of pregnant teenagers and kids smoked pot in the parking lot.

Anderson Nguyen: As a student of HSST class of 2017, I'll say this if your looking for an ideal high school and are looking for success and freedom. GO TO Minnechaug, Longmeadow or Private school especially If you have the grades. As I look at it HSST school freedom and the strive for success is destroyed by students who lack discipline and respect either in class or out. For example In my sophomore year much of in class learning was disrupted by students who talked influencing many other students to do so as well and as over the year go by as well as tests students break an honor code trying to cheat and use the students who are working hard like me. Another thing is that if your looking for freedom you won't find it here there are students who ruin the opportunity for students who are trying to get out lunch to go to library or teacher but you have to have a pass. Now where's the trust between student and school faculties.
