I've ordered window panes and mirrors and Leo's has always been pleasant to deal with offers years of experience and the price is always great. I drive 20 minutes to get to Leo's and it's worth it every time.

Animal 413: I went there for a windshield repair. The repair was priced better than other glass repair companies. I dropped it off in the morning and had it back at the end of the day. My mirror and fast pass were both placed back properly. The service was friendly and very professional. I'm so glad I chose them. They made the whole thing easier than I expected. If ever a need another window for anything I will be returning to them.

Better off going somewhere else I know I did.

Katie Coleman: Getting a replacement piece of glass seemed easy and quick initially. However, it required calling multiple times to request services that the individual had already stated and promised to me at the beginning. I do not respect a company when they request upfront payments for services that have not been demonstrated or rendered. It's also understandable to be paying for glass up front, but not services. As a homeowner I like being on premises when work is being done to my house, both times they did not notify me of their presences. Even though I requested it. I DO feel as though I was taken advantage of and I do not plan to utilize this company's services again. It's beyond annoying to heard that there are other "big" jobs that the team needs to take care of before yours... It should be a first come, first served basis.

The installation crew did an outstanding job and it really looks fantastic. The crew really knew their craft and it showed! The shower looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

Joe Skinner: The product is very nice, however, the installation backup is non-existent. Our new home came with an Oasis shower door in the master bath. It came out of alignment so that the operating door hit the stationary panel. When I called to report the problem, I was told there would be a $350 service charge! The door was only two years old! It turned out that the problem was that the fixed panel was not installed with the proper shims to keep it from shifting. I fixed it myself for cost of $6.99! So much for standing behind your product!!!

On Tuesday, they came to install my shower door and, the job that they did was nothing short of amazing. the difference between Oasis shower doors and, the ones they sell at Home Depot is like night and day. You get what you pay for and, I was willing to pay the price for a high-quality shower door. Everyone at Oasis did an amazing job. my hats off Rick Devine for measuring my enclosure and, Barb for scheduling my install and, lastly the two guys that came to my house to install the shower door. I was impressed with how they worked together and, got the job done.

Kai Ursla Dewberry: My husband and I decided to visit the showroom today after we left Bay State Plumbing. When we entered the store there was one white saleswoman with a white customer. She saw us come in, but did not acknowledge us. There were no other customers. My husband and I decided to look around, thinking that when she finished with her customer she would come and help us. We were sadly mistaken. A white couple came in and instead of coming to assist us she went right over to them. We are finishing up our bathroom remodel and wanted to purchase a shower door. I was very put off by this and we left the store. I got in the car, but my husband decided to go back inside and make them aware of what just happened. He spoke with a man that apologized for what happened and he offered to assist us, but for us the damage was done. This is not the first time we have had this type of expereience in a retail store. We realize that Oasis appears to be the only game in town; however, in a time where brick and mortar stores are losing customers to internet sales, one would think they would have a better attitude toward potential customers, regardless of race!
