I have not written a review previously but by happenstance I came across a negative review of Dinn Brothers and after 20+ years of service I felt compelled to mention my consistent positive experience. They may not be the least expensive trophy company but they are top professionals and have never missed a due date.

Jared Balser: Don't order if you're in Canada Their website works really well, but they're cagey on shipping charges. Whenever I ordered from the states with other companies, import fees were declared. Here they charged for shipping, then I got a message from UPS asking for import fees. I bought $50 worth of medals, paid $30 for shipping, and then got hit with $40 in import fees!A message from their customer service says it's out of their control, which it totally is. You know what isn't? An estimation or at least a warning about import fees.

John Henchey: Went in for a broken part replacement (my fault, move damage). 5 mins in and out. Didn't have an exact match (7-8 year old trophy). Rather than the single part (broken eagle -x4 on the finished piece, changed supplier over time, slight variances in dimension and hue), dude comp'd me a 4 set so they matched, offered - not requested, with my wallet on the counter...one word, "Stellar". Every trophy need, past and present, always sets the bar, shames competitors - hell...shames businesses even outside their market, with just the class act culture all the way. They get the 6 star rating, know what I mean?

So our school will not have our trophies for our end of the year sports banquet. This is unacceptable. We order these trophies three times per school year, but unfortunately we will have to use another company in the future. We will never use dinn again.

Mark Follett: No brainer for inspections and windshields. Friendly and welcoming everytime you go to them. They warranty their products and services which gives you piece of mind. I have never had any issue with their work and have had many windshields replaced across various vehicles. They offer a loaner car if you need it. I dropped mine off early today and dropped the keys in their box. Called a little while later to let me know they are working on it and called shortly after that to let me know it was complete.
