(Read, opportunity for growth) I love the individuals I was able to serve and enjoy interacting with them to this day.Pathlight is an organization developed and to this day run by a lot of Mom's with adult children with disabilities who have their heart in it to help ensure everyone's disabled family member is treated with dignity and lives life to it's fullest.As an employee of Pathlight, I love the work I do, the benefit package and this organization as a whole. No organization is perfect but this one is pretty darn close.Pathlight, thank you for having me!

They care about the clients as well as the staff and you don't find that just anywhere. The house I worked at was run by a wonderful house manager as well as amazing supervisors who were always open to listening to concerns big or small. When it come to dealing with serious matters they are handled fairly. I cannot say enough about this company they are wonderful. John John: The AFC managers have no clue what they are doing. There are no drug tests or physicals when hired orientation is one day or they throw a book at you like they do to all LPN’s. The nursing manager is an LPN whose is in charge of RN’s (that goes against the nursing scope of practice) an LPN can never manage an RN , but they wouldn’t know because they have no clue what they are doing. Everyone has a title that doesn’t correspond to their background.

Bank info.. being sent to an Employee's E-mail folks..Just isn't Right! No call..no email back to say they received it Ok.Nothing!! Oh! But it's Secure. Haha Katherine ( Kay) is a problem. Besides having about 6 different people you get on phone.But never the Right One!! Screw this place!

My mangement team has been so helpful and always goes above and beyond to correct any issues I may have. Liz and Diana work together perfectly to create a great working environment for not only me but also many of my co workers. Mitchell Lopez: My grandmother was in need of some assistance with her daily personal care but she didn't want to leave her house and move out. MetroCare helped our family get a Home Health Aide who helped my grandmother with basic needs like housekeeping, laundry and sometimes even bathing. My grandmother passed away a few months ago but I know for a fact that MetroCare helped her so that her last months of life were peaceful and stress free. Thank you MetroCare for everything I will always be grateful for the work you guys did!
