_singing_is_life_ “Zailetsplaylover101”: Today, Car 4, a white Prius drifted into my lane on Roosevelt Blvd., I honked hoping to avoid being hit. The driver didn’t stop instead signaled, continuing the lane change forcing me to brake hard. There is no way the person, in a large brimmed hat, didn’t know I was there as we had both been the first vehicles next to each other stopped at a light 10 seconds before.
Ed Fulke: I observed a car driven by this outfit blow a red light. When confronted, the black heavy woman driving says, "so what?". Breaking the law means nothing to them! Do not use them!

Nichol Roginski: If I could give zero stars I would Car number 33 license plate lv 75407 needs to be fired. Almost caused 2 car accidents with in 5 mins driving recklessly on Riverdale Rd this morning. He/she almost side swiped my vehicle to swerve out of a lane because the car infront of them was turning and he/she didn't want to stop/slow down and wait for them to turn. The poor customer in the back must be shook. After that a car was turning infront of them while he/she was proceeding straight he/she neglected to slow down and or stop so the car can finish its turn and almost plowed right into them. I normally don't do reviews but when you're risking people's life/property I had to come forward.

Extremely patient and considerate. Can not stress that enough. Highly, highly recommend Friendly Ride. They treat you like you're members of their family. They take their job seriously -- a rare find!

Leanese Ramos: I was at a stop light in Holyoke on 12/31/31, and car #33 was behind me at the light.As soon as the light turned green, the driver proceeded to go around me and cut me off to go straight even though I; and the other cars ahead of me; were also going straight.I would not trust this company y to get me to any destination in a safe and timely manner.
Wicked Sports Fan: Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,QualityCar #32 was giving drivers the middle finger while on Rt. 91 today, stopping in cross walks while in down town Northampton, and driving around with a very damaged hub cap. Never taken a ride with your company, but not sure that you live up to your name.
