Came across 9 employees for a Monday @ 11am someone’s not looking at sales adjusted hrs.IS THIS THE NEXT SPECIALTY STORE TO CRUMBLE ?? I’d rather give AMAZON my business. District managers should get out of OFFICES, and actually walk OUT-OF-STOCKS. Each 8ft section has massive outs not related to supply chain issues. Cool store when they opened, but I’m bailing Gentleman sell, sell sell stocks.

Bought hay for my birds but they wouldn't even give me a ripped up thrown away piece of plastic to protect my car. I switched from a local store to save 1 dollar a bag for chicken food but had to wait to have help putting it in my car. I just took the time to get my money back and they could of cared less! I have 1 lone baby chic & don't need 6. Don't know what made me think I could get 4 so my chick is not alone! Not only did they say no but the manager was so rude! I keep giving them chances because I like to save money but I would not go there if there stuff was free! Everyone deserves a 2nd chance but a 3rd then 4th is unacceptable!

Mike Hutch: I love tractor supply for my "farm" needs. Really only about a dozen chickens (now) and 2 veggie gardens but everything I need is usually available. Today I picked up 6 baby chicks to expand my flock to 11 birds. The staff knows my fiancee as she is the veterinarian of their pet clinic in Southwick and were all excited to meet our son who she talks about daily and ensured we had everything we would need for the babies we picked up today. Always a friendly bunch of employees willing to help in any way they can to make sure you don't need a return trip because you forgot something.

I was hoping he would know more about lawn mowers, but he did not. He was impatient and very rude too. If you go to this TSC, do not go to Jeff, he is rude, impatient, and has no idea about lawn mowers when he really should.
