Gaming floor was entertaining although it reminded me that the house always wins but had a great time just wish the waitess/waiter was easier to find when needing a drink. Plentiful covered parking. Nick Sampson: Fun casino. Payouts have always been decent since it’s opening. As how typical casinos work, the house always wins. MGM Springfield has a good rewards program. If you’re a frequent flyer, you get very good food comps.Easy parking, easy exit, and the best free parking for Thunderbirds. Now if we can just get the massmutual building fixed up downtown Springfield will be full of stuff to do!

I love having a membership and getting FREEPLAY money to play at the slots. I will never forget the last time I was here, I was playing at the Piggy Bank slot machines and I was winning as I went into active labor when my water broke. So disappointed that I had to leave because I was definitely enjoying my time there before becoming a mom for the first time.

DY M: We visited the casino to play some slots. The MGM garage parking was not difficult to find while using a GPS APP. There are five levels to park. There are stairs or elevators to use to enter into casino. We approached the front desk to receive a complimentary free $20.00 playing card. The atmosphere was bustling with people playing slot machines. We explored and found many restaurants wrapped around the outskirts of the playing floor. There is a free self accessed soft drink beverage vending dispenser. There are floor employees that can help in teaching one how to use the slot machines if you are unaware. There are many security guards at each entrance of the playing areas. There is a movie theatre on the second floor via elevator. Your playing card receives reward points when eating at the restaurants inside casino. Employee waitresses will bring free drinks while you play. The atmosphere felt safe and enjoyable. MGM is located in the south end of Springfield, Ma., So take advantage of Laflorentina Bakery, Mom & Rico's, Frigo's, Red Rose Pizza, Ciro's which are restaurants located outside of MGM. In all, it was an enjoyable day to explore what MGM has to offer. It's not a very large casino like Foxwoods or Mohegan with all the shopping stores, but it's nice to have a casino in Springfield. We're ready to go back and play more slots. Take a ride and share your thoughts on MGM.

Sam Wallis: The biggest drawback to MGM's casino is that its building space limits itself to such a degree that it can hardly be felt as a casino. Even such, if one were to disregard its spacial limitations compared to places like Mohegan, MGM still feels lacking in other areas. There are hardly any video poker machines now, compared to years past where they at least had their own section. Not only that but a number of my favorite games have gone missing. There are no more James Bond slots and during my last visit I didn't even see any Monopoly slots, its all Eastern themed games and ultimate link stuff.The staff and food court were friendly but the game selections and variety have taken a hit in my opinion.

Dr. Tyler: Horrible. Balcony sliding door did not keep noise from highway. Could barely sleep. Hallways are dimmly lit. Something like a horror movie. Walls are thin, someone was getting it good for about an hour in the middle of the night while im just trying to play some damn pokemon before i go play in a massive pool tournament the next day. Hallways smell so wierd , its such an obscure smell that i cant describe it. Theres a big sign before the elevator that blocks off the entire first floor of hotel rooms, definitely a little girl in a white dress that comes out at night there. I payed for 2 nights but left before my second night because i wasnt staying there again. And i would pay to not stay there again. Pretty much just Dont stay here. Staff was friendly, only thing they have going for them. Just go to starbucks for Breakfast, who tf knows what's in there waffle mix.

Kimberly Shoen: This is a clean, no frills hotel, that is conveniently located just off an exit. Its just over 15 Minutes from Mt. Holyoke and is in a road strip of food and shopping options. Breakfast is standard fair with make your own waffles, and the breakfast room is clean and spacicious. The room was clean with a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. It also had a small table and chairs, as well as a desk and chair and a balcony. The bedding was nicer than I expected for the price. The fitness room is 3 treadmills and an elliptical in a tiny room so do not expect a real fitness center. Pool is seasonal only. For a quick easy stay, this works.

Stephen Munley: Comfortable, clean, and a nice complimentary breakfast. Lots of amenities like a small fridge and freezer. Looked well maintained. You could also control all the room lights from the bed.

Bill Kisselstein: Stayed one night Jan 27th. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean, everything worked except coffee maker needed cord positioned just right to stay on. Breakfast was good. It does show some wear and I could nitpick little things but almost all hotels are like that, I don't care if it's not perfect. This hotel still has carpets, in fact they seemed new, clean and bright. Probably the only goofy thing was I had to bring the desk chair back in from the balcony where presumably a previous guest had left it. Our third floor room included hair dryer, previously mentioned coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge with separate freezer section, iron and board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and Direct TV with local channels and some cable. I think it was a double Queen room, both beds had four pillows. Walk-in shower.

Pete Palma: Asked about the shelter group that rents the bottom floor, was not informed about. Management was very un easy when asked, why was I not informed they can only use half the bottom floor and we as guests can not walk through the hallway.. you shouldn't have a shelter at a kids hotel

Lauren Chausse: I was transitioning from one place to another so I had to stay at the quality Inn for five days. I noticed that I had bites all over my body from the first room so they switched me to another room. My apartment is not gonna be available until tomorrow but they will not let me stay another night. The room was available and then I literally came back down to the front desk probably three minutes after that and they said everything was booked. I’ve been so nice to every single person here and they’ve made me feel like I’m an inconvenience. I don’t really take the time out to write reviews but I really don’t think anybody should be spending their money here. I wish I can upload photos but I have over 30 bites on my body seven of them are above my neck and I have to go to work like this. It’s so embarrassing!
