I had just purchased some succulents and needed a grow light so I visited the store and they sold me a screw in bulb for my grow light and it broke just putting it in the lamp so I went back to the store and they exchanged it for another one. That bulb only lasted me a couple days before it started to dim and flicker and then I smelled something burning and it looked as though it was going to start a fire. I took that bulb back into the store and they were only willing to give me $4.29 toward another purchase. Absolutely terrible service. I am out $13 and change for this piece of junk that they should not be selling.BEWARE!!

Arno Noack: Been a frequent customer for over a decade. A lot of The faces have changed over the years as well as the products and the floor plan to adapt to the times. Arlo and the other staff are far from the snake oil sales people you see in a lot of hydro stores and always are up to date on the new technologies and techniques being developed in the culture. Great customer service, great location, these folks want you to succeed more than anything else. Don't believe the handfull of haters here and take in all the other great experiences people here are writing about these folks. There are a lot of shady and sneaky hydro stores out there with impersonal philosophies who just want your money and will set you up to fail. This is not one of them.

Grow Guy: Listen the staff at #NEHydroponics is no joke. These are masters of there craft and they wont lie to you. I bought expensive equipment elsewhere and the staff at NEHydroponics pointed out some lighting advantages I had and saved me a lot of money. Look they could have sold me more equipment and made more money. But they took the high road and that will keep always as a customer.
