I have bought both my cars from Enfield Hyundai, as well as my father, who I believe they took full advantage of when buying his car. I was promised by the general manager a full detail of my car for my trouble. Unfortunately, his promise and my expectation of what a “full” detail of a car were clearly different. It was not a full detail, but a wash and vacuum. Needless to say, I will not be buying my next car from Enfield Lia Hyundai. Do your due diligence before buying here.

Nicole Marshall: My first experience buying a car from Lia Enfield vs. this most recent experience were night and day. This time I decided to finance with my own bank instead of the dealership, my mistake. The dealership went out of their way to ensure this was the most miserable experience. The finance manager was 'unavailable' to complete my paperwork and so it fell to my sales person. As a result I was asked to come to the dealership on several occasions to sign standard paperwork.There was a delay in me receiving my car due to a recall. I was told to come in on a Saturday afternoon to complete my trade-in, the car was in the service department and it would be a 30 minute fix. When I arrived the repair had not been completed and the service team had left for the weekend. In all it was almost two weeks from the time I initiated the deal until my car was delivered (despite being promised much earlier). Once delivered it was clear that dealership made no effort to detail the car. There was pet hair and scuff marks. All the previous owner's information was still programmed in the car such as home address, children's school information and presumably the work address.I attempted reaching out to the general manager, Nick Archer, but he never seems to be there. That tracks though since there is no accountability, no one makes an effort to do their jobs well. I was failed at every stage of this car buying process. There are plenty of places to buy a car.. I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

Me Myself and I: Brought my vehicle in for a recall repair. The recall repair was free, but at the end a sales person showed me the mechanics findings. He stated that I needed a new ball joint on one side and a CV joint on the other. He said that the boot is ripped with a lot of grease leaking out. He quoted me over 2k and sided that they offer financing, I rejected the offer. The next day I brought it to my mechanic. He showed me the car on the life, stating that the ball joint was fine on both sides, and the CV joint was fine as well, no rip or grease. I saw it with my own eyes. This place us so sketchy and fraudulent, its not funny. They try to take advantage big time. Avoid at all cost. My mechanic said that Lia in Hartford has better mechanics.

Norman the salesman exceeds expectations when it comes to please the customer. He definitely makes the customer feel comfortable and makes sure everything is taken care for delivery.
A Car: My own fault for continuing to go back there but…dropped my car off the evening before for a “7:30 am” oil change and inspection sticker appointment. Got a call at 12 with a price quote for another issue I had been having; essentially indicating the scheduled work hadn’t even been started yet. That was the one and only call I got that day, I had to call myself after 5pm that day to check and see if my car was ready; no one ever called to advise that it was. Once I got there to pick up my vehicle, the service advisor offered no summary of what was done, no recommendations etc. as they would normally do. Very poor customer service.
Jarred T: After a wheel alignment, damage was done to my fathers steering wheel watch out, they are aking advantage of the elderly, he had to fight with the owner over who did the damage. My father bought this car there and had it serviced every time until now. He won't be back because they want to take the side of there bad service Tech's. Can't trust these crooks even when your a loyal customer. I guess it might be ok if you stand with your car while it's serviced and record it for proof.

Danielle Monty: We have bought 4 cars at Gary Rome over the past year and while going into to sign paperwork for my son's car my husband brought my Palisade in for an inspection because it was due and thought he'd get the inspection done while he's doing the paperwork for the car.The Palisade passed inspection and as they were putting the sticker on they broke my windshield then told my husband there was already a chip there and they shouldn't have passed it. They admitted they made the crack worse but that it wasn't their fault it broke.There was no chip on the windshield and that was just the excuse we were given so Gary Rome wouldn't be responsible to replace the window. We will NEVER recommend Gary Rome to anyone for anything. Gary Rome should take responsibility and replace the window. I'm sorry my son is even buying a car there but he's been waiting since October for it to come in.

Instigator5000: Let me start with saying the sales representative by the name of Jack, is the real MVP, and he's the one I conducted ny deal with. Probably the realest MVP in all of Western Mass. Jack was patient, well informed, and above all treated me with respect. If there wasn't a question he could answer he was able to find out in a timely fashion. Test driving was a breeze. The deal moved forward very amicably and by no means took an undesirable amount of time. Frankly, if you were looking to purchase a vehicle from Country Hyunda, the only person I'd ask for is Jack; and then conduct my deal through him. That is my recommendation and I implore anyone else to do the same. Bar none. Give him the gold medal. 10/5 Stars. Would buy and negotiate with him again. 💪💪💪💪 Steady mobbin'.
Ryan Bengle: Poor Customer Service. After the way Omar spoke to me i wouldnt do business here ever again. Purchased a truck, was told they would detail it, ceramic coat it, and replace the frayed serpentine belt. Sales guy Tim made a bunch of excuses and gave me the run around. Then went to pick the truck up only to find it half wiped down, tires dirty and clear coat tire spray dripping all over them, it looked worse now then when i test drove it! They schedule a time to pick it up and "make it right", only to not show up , they didnt even call me. They finally pick it up and now refuse to replace the $40 belt. When i asked why, they insisted that a fray belt was nothing to worry about. Omar made it clear he had no intention of honoring the texts between me and the sales person who promised it would be done. He even went as far as to say that the texts did not say things like "yes we will take care of everything and make it right". I guessed i just expected more from such a big dealership. Disappointing
Alivia Liberty: Had a less than ideal experience at the service center today. I had an appointment earlier this week for issues with my car’s air conditioning after my regular mechanic advised taking it to the dealer. Also requested that the recall that I was aware of could be taken care of while my car was already there, to which I was assured would be no problem. Dropped my car off and was told it might be a while before I hear anything, as they were busy. After assessing my vehicle, I received a phone call explaining the issue, where I gave the go ahead to move forward with the repair after discussing the cost. I was told that the parts were ordered and my vehicle would be ready for pickup by the end of the day Thursday (today) or Friday morning. I called mid day today, as I hadn’t received any further communication since, for an update on my car. After listening to the service advisor speak to a technician for a few minutes as I sat on the line, I was informed that the parts were never even ordered. (So if I had never called, how long would it have sat there until someone noticed?) I asked to pick up my vehicle, was told that the parts were now on an express order and would be there tomorrow. I told them that I was frustrated and still wanted to come pick up my car. Received a call back about a loaner vehicle offer. After deciding to not move forward with the loaner and requesting my vehicle back again, I’m still charged $160??? Which was never discussed at any point, or included in the quote I received! To top it all off, after paying the fee, I get in my car and start it up just for it to start shaking and making a noise that I have never heard before. Safe to say I won’t be bringing my car back, and I lost out on $160. Never even mentioned anything about the recall in the report I received. Such a waste of both time and money.
Marissa Ronchi: Bought a “certified used” 2019 Santa Fe. Beyond the sales rep having terrible communication skills/giving incorrect information - the vehicle has been nothing but issues. Got it 4/5 drove it home, it sat in my driveway for a couple hours then went to take it out for a errand and guess what, neither of the two key fobs would lock/unlock the car, the backup camera was non functional and the cherry on top was the car would not shift out of park. My husband PHYSICALLY SHAKES the vehicle and it pops out of park and I’m able to bring it to the dealership the next day. Again- no one would update me unless I called and asked. I didn’t have my car for 12 days (after only having it for 24 hours). I finally got it back yesterday evening, drove it to work today then to an errand and home where it sat for a few hours in my driveway. Just went to do another errand and what do you know - neither of the fobs work and now the car won’t start, won’t even turn over and the electrical dash is going haywire.This has been nothing short of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had.

Scot Luther: Country Hyundai fostered a fantastic buying experience. I live 4 hours away from their dealership, traded in two cars and purchased one. They were reasonable with their trade in values and their end selling price on the car I bought. They worked through all of the details and paperwork and facilitated delivery of the vehicle 8 hours round trip, in addition to 2 hours at the DMV to take care of all of the paperwork. Rod, Jason, Will, John, Norm all did their parts at the highest level. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the northeast US and will likely buy from them again!
