Dum dum Dum dum: A wonderful experience. She goes over everything with you thoroughly beforehand so you know what to expect. I had keratin infusion bonds and then blend perfectly. It’s been 2 months now and they look just like the day I had them done. They are a bit more expensive than other places but you’re paying for the hair quality and expert installation that you just can’t get anywhere else….if you want beautiful hair, this is the place to go.

Danielle: Made an appointment for 6pm today. Showed up at 530 and all the lights were off and the door was locked. I called to make sure I had the right place and was met by a very rude customer service rep who shortly told me she was running late on a previous apppointment and then hung up on me. Thought it was strange as all the lights were off but figured maybe she makes home appointments as well. Waited paitently outside in my car for 45 minutes and tried to call again. The lady on the phone was much nicer this time but she told me my appointment had been cancelled because I did not answer when they called to confirm earlier that day. Would have been nice to know the first time i called or that i would be recieving such a call in the first place as i was at work all day. I had just been on the phone with them the previous day. Very upset because my time was wasted and i had an event to go to saturday and this was the only chance i had in my very busy schedule. I was looking forward to it because i heard she is great, just wish there was better communication.
