Bevan Brunelle: I was recommended this company by a couple of people. I contacted them for a big job at my home and after getting an estimate for waterproofing and replacing my front stairs and walkway, I made the necessary deposits and signed the contracts and then I was put on the schedule. They are a busy company that schedules about five to six weeks out but once they start, they are quick and efficient. I am overall very happy with the work that was done. I did have to call them to come back to fix a few things that seemed rushed a tad. I'm still waiting for 2 small details to be fixed but Giselle and Gill are good people and have been on top of the details. Their staff was very friendly and polite. Josh worked hard waterproofing my floors in the basement. I have already started recommending them. I suggest you give them a call for an estimate. They also do emergency work and have a 24-hour hotline.Update: the small things that needed adjusting have been fixed and I updated to 5 stars to reflect the service.
Alexis Morales: Conctacted this company to water proof our basement. Left messages and even a Facebook message and they never returned any of my calls. Awful. Awful. Awful. Beware. If that’s how they do business, that’s terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Joshua Hornick: Steve honestly gave us the bad news. We had to install a French drain all around our finished basement. Gad zooks! Our house was simply too close to the water table and we regularly experienced flooding, even with a sump pump already installed. The good news was that he and his team expeditiously and expertly installed it for a fair price. I'd recommend Real Dry Waterproofing to anyone who needs help with a real wet basement.

Steven came over to check out the issue and found that my pipe and sump pump were completely clogged. He replaced the clogged pipe and the sump pump and made sure everything was all set. He was very quick to respond to messages and got the job done quickly.
