Cuando se lo comento a Tom me dice que hay que comprarle otras piezas que cuestan casi la misma cantidad de dinero. Yo creo que hoy día no vale la pena llevarla a un lugar a arreglar, es mejor comprar una computadora nueva y ponerle garantía y eso fue lo que hice. Por una tableta también me cobraba $200 y era vieja, decidí no arreglarla y por $150 me compré una tableta nueva y más grande.

I searched for local computer repair shops and Ctrl Alt Delete was the only one open (11am on a Wednesday). I stopped in and was greeted by Tom. He took the time to diagnose the problem and offered me a simple fix...at no charge! He also boosted it's performance and provided options to upgrade without buying a new computer. I was out in less than 30min. I DEFINITELY recommend Tom and Cltrl Alt Delete for your computer repair needs!!!

The thought of dropping my tax papers off and them losing them in the process and ask them to send them another copy and then they don't call back when they are suppose to before deadline. They refused to answer my questions on my case and said some lady was going to call me back and I never got a call. On top of it this lady who answered the phones hung up on me 2x and I had to call back each time, then she proceeded to tell me it's not Community Action after she had access to my information. Very unprofessional and I am left still no response in regards to my case. I wish someone would call me because this is getting very frustrating and I have sent you all documents you requested from me and still nothing.

Sara Anne: Stavros not only put a ramp on my home but they also GAVE me a very nice electric wheelchair, within weeks of my diagnosis! They went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend! Also from reading others reviews I feel impelled to correct. The PCA and is hired independently by the disabled person. The PCA is not the responsibility of Stavros and is paid by an outside co. Stavros only sets up the disabled person with services and trains them to hide their own PCA!

truth hurts: I still haven't received the new hire packets I requested two months ago, or the ones I requested last week. It's difficult enough to get through the call line, and when you do you have to continue to call back to make the same request over, and over again.

C Rose: Packages are only available for pickup 730pm-830pm. The hours open are very misleading, and you are unable to directly contact this Customer Center.
Mike Koto: Very poor delivery and customer service! Driver falsified deliver. Called to complain the CS number is automated and does not let you speak to a Manager or Supervisor. UPS is terrible no Accountability!!! People should look to alternative delivery companies UPS just doesn’t care and makes no effort to remedy the problem. Hope they go out of business. MK

Charles Daraghy: About all you can do here, is, pick up a missed delivery same day, as it opens at 7:30pm and you have to call first to arrange such a pickup. For dropping off a return if you have a label go to the UPS store farther south next to the movie theater.

I contacted them , and those agents have no idea what they’re doing, at first there saying “contact the sender” then “we understand your package was lost but tracking shows it was delivered” . Total mess.

Only open for 1 hour but their drivers aren't back before they open... or even close so you can pay $8 for the privilege of driving 27 miles to this location only to find out they don't have your package, and the driver isnt back yet, and he accidentally labledit delivered and signed for by someone who isn't the listed reciever. Even though it has a signature requirement. But that was just an accident and the drivers bringing it back. So I got here at 730 and will hopefully have my package tonight when he makes it back.Ups is in shambles.

You have to make a circle around these back roads because it's only accessible from a one-way street. Gave it a 3 because you cannot call these places and the automated phone service is an ABOMINATION. Seriously I they deserve 0 stars. You can't speak to anyone or ask general questions without a 15 minute wait and going through at least 5 phone prompts where you ask for a human and it tells you it doesn't recognize that and then asks if you'd like to speak to a human representative. You say yes and it puts you through 2 more automated machines. What? Imagine you had 1 IQ and wanted to make it as challenging as possible for quick, simple questions to be asked. That's UPS!

My package, was forgotten at the facility. A very expensive musical instrument. Waited all day for delivery. And you can only pick up your packages there between 730 and 830 pm? Why not during the day?
