It is 6:30 but they are not opening until 7 because of the weather but you have employees you turned away 4 cars before we were turned away... Jose Valentin: The new tipping system is horrible I DO NOT like that when u go in the store or drive through they immediately ask for a tip upon paying. And it’s always so awkward tipping cause they stare mad hard and you can tell they get offended when you don’t tip. I do not have to tip. Starbucks workers get paid well above minimum wage and they receive benefits Starbucks is a multi million dollar company it isn’t fair that you’re forcing paying customers to feel like they have to leave a tip on top of paying an outrageous amount of money for a cup of coffee the company should pay the workers a lot more and get rid of the tipping system as a whole it’s a slap in the face for the people who are in the service industry making a few cents an HOUR AND RELY ON TIPS for survival I’m not being seated and getting a full dine in experience. And the workers really need a reality check cause they gave me a huge attitude for not tipping saying thanks with a huge attitude and very sarcastically I used to work for Starbucks in a major city with 100 customers every 30 mins and never ever complained about not being tipped very unprofessional

Ryan Racine: On January 21, 2023 I paid $11.17 for a cup of coffee and some condescending attitude from the manager who took my order. As soon as I paid for the order he told me "you'll have to wait I need to brew more" with the most condescending tone you could imagine. Not the best way to talk to your customers. I walked away and waited 10 mins and then asked if it was ready he then condescendingly told me " well, you asked for no room, so we have to brew more". I guess I'm not supposed to ask for what I pay for? Nor communicate if I need room for cream?Instead of giving me a full fresh cup he gave me the last of the other pot and and topped it off with the new pot. Great! When I asked for the breakfast roll I ordered the woman behind him said "oh we don't have anymore of those". I said "OK, I'm good, lets just forget it" and at that point I left. The manager never offered anything, just stood there. Coffee was gross as you would have expected after the old pot was toped off with the new pot. It tasted like how a 7-11 smells.There was only one other customer in line during this time. The manager took her order after mine and got her baked goods without ever communicating my food order to anyone or doing it himself like he did for the customer behind me. I received nothing for the $11.17 spent here as I threw away the coffee, I had to wait for and never received the breakfast roll, I paid for. I would not go back to this location as its just throwing your money away while being condescended too.
Ha Le: I never had bad experience with Starbucks before but yesterday we ordered 7 coffees and had to wait for 35 mins!There's definitely some problem with this location!
