Becca Wheeler: Last week we had a thunderstorm that rocked my house and fried my ONT. I live in a wooded area, so my cell service doesn't work. I drove up the hill until I had service and called Crocker. A kind person took all my information down and said someone would be calling me back as soon as they could. I waited in the pouring rain at the top of the hill hoping that meant soon, or I would need to drive home and then back up the hill to see if they had left a message . Happily, someone did call pretty quickly and asked more questions. I spent that night without a phone. The next day a technician from Tri-Wire came to check my phone line, and explained what was up. He then reported to Crocker. It was determined that my ONT was dead. Meanwhile, I was driving around looking for cell service in order to check on my status. Every time I spoke to someone or got a message from them, they were incredibly helpful and understanding. I was also aware there were many people like me needing help. When it looked as though I would be without a phone for another night, a technician offered to drive up from Springfield to replace the part; that was a round trip of 1 1/2 hours at the end of a work day.Thanks to Rory, Chris, and all the patient intake staff....as well as Peter from Tri-Wire, I had a phone that night.This is a happy tale of excellent service!

DBE Electrical: Beware! There may be one or two people that have had good experiences with this company but they have just stolen $300 from me. And now I have to fight them to get it back. This company is a joke they can’t even respond to simple emails about updates. They totally ignore you and they have some quasi-professional phone system that keeps them from having to answer the phone. Do not. I repeat do not buy from this company you will regret it. They are trash. Beyond trashy.

Derek W: This is a warning to anyone who is considering services with Omnipoint.On April 23, I spoke with them to help set-up service at my residence. They confirmed I was good to go, and that they would ship my hardware once payment is issued. I recieved the contract, forms, and payment information, and made my payment that same day to get started.About 10 days later, I had not recieved hardware, so I tried calling. After several days of attempts (they are impossible to get ahold of) I was told that my equipment was backordered, but would ship the following Monday. On May 18th I called another provider to establish service, and started the process of Omnipoint to cancel my order, and refund my money. The other company installed service the same day.After several more attempts to call the following day, I finally got a live person. They told me that I should have seen a refund, and that it was processed then, to be completed by the end of the week. Now, another week later and it hasn't arrived.This company has held my money hostage for nearly 45 days, and feels more like a scam than a service.
Dale Furr: Tried this company and it was not a good experience. Service dropped out multiple times. Customer service was unreachable so I returned all the equipment to be refunded. That was 3 months ago and still no refund issued. You cannot get in touch with them at all.
John Piper: Maybe the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The service just stopped and when you finally get a hold of someone they tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through. Honestly stay way from the company unless something drastically improves.

LALA Cello: They did a really nice job in renovating the place. It looks like you’re walking into a Verizon or AT&T store. Although cable is extremely expensive I had to get rid of my cable boxes because I really don’t watch TV. I do everything through my tablet or phone. And even just to have the Internet and the landline due to my alarm that I have in my home it’s still $120 a month. They tried to get me to get their alarm but no thanks I have ADT they have been with me from 2001. They’re very good they have the police that get called if somebody tries to break in. A friend of mine has the Comcast alarm and your phone is constantly blowing up all the people that cars keep going by your house, I don’t need my phone to be blowing up like that. That is just a little too muchHowever, Joe who works there is a very nice person deal with him if you go in because he’s very honest and will help you out if you’re looking to upgrade your cable or get into a new phone.

Noworries Good: The worst experience ever. The associate didn't know what she was talking about. The store manager was very rude. At least the store manager I talked to on Saturday afternoon was. She needs some training on customer service. Decided to cancel my service after I walked out of the store.

J722 St. Marie: Walked in the store to return equipment and was put on a waiting list. The associate didn't ask why I was there so I assumed I had to wait like everyone else. Unbeknownst to me, the associates were letting the more hostile and angrier customers cut the line and people returning equipment were allowed to jump the line as well because it's a short, simple transaction. I noticed other customers who were patiently waiting getting visibly angry because others were allowed to cut in the line. I assumed those customers mentioned above were getting text alerts from their automobiles and were waiting in the parking lot. I asked the associate if that was true and she said "No". Another associate lied to all the people waiting and told us "those people were waiting longer" which i know was not true because i was sitting near the door and i knew everyones place. I finally noticed what was really occurring and gave the lazy associate an earful. Next time I won't be so kind.

Cathleen Davitt: I am in awe of the service given to me over the last 6 months by Kassady in the Springfield Xfinity store. She has helped me with the transfer of my account from my recently passed Mom’s name to my name, and the optimization of my Xfinity cable service and the transfer of my family’s wireless service from ATT TO XFINITY with ingenuity and kindness and willingness to work outside normal billing hours by answering my texts and calls on her phone when outside work. I can not recommend Kassady high enough as words do not properly capture the human dynamo who works tirelessly for her customers. Thank you Kassady for making my life easier and more efficient financially!!
