Their technician did a fantastic job at finding the cause to my problem of a severe cab sag/lean i had. Very professional service. Ryan Faye: Takes entirely to long to get a truck repaired. Also there very deceptive on letting you know when your vehicle will be ready. A little honesty would be an improvement.

Eric ValDee: Needed a rotor for a truck. Paid for it upfront, since it was a transfer to this store from the Worcester branch. Somehow, they didn't realize it was for transfer and now I'm stuck waiting on parts for a truck that needed to leave the morning the parts WILL BE ARRIVING. And all I got was a shoulder shrug and sorry? No attempt at making anything right about the situation?? Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would.... Find a better spot for parts or just use Rock Auto, they have excellent customer service!!

Johny West: Took 7hrs of labor to replace and calibrate steering shaft road. After replacing it didn't fix free play of the steering wheel I asked them to fix so the just replaced good part for newer one charged thousand more. All its needed just adjust bolt on steer box. In another time they installed defective clutch brake solenoid that leaks all the air had to bring it back and fix for more labor there hundred more. Mechanics are unprofessional

Javier Triana: ‼Warning‼ Do not buy a used tractor trailer from RYDER. Me and my best friend bought 2 trucks from them and it's been the worst experience ever. We've had to spend around 11 thousand dollars in repairs. With our second truck had the check engine come on on a day after purchase. It needed 2 sensors ,the ac line was leaking and the radiator busted. Within a week we're almost out of business before we even started. We even bought a 3800$ warranty. Then claimed it was ware and tare. Ware and tear after 5000 miles SMH🤦‍♂️.i didn't even barely drive the truck.Honestly I thought starting my trucking business was gonna be a peace of mind dealing with a huge corporation. I am so disappointed and surprised how bad business these peoples are. I dont want anyone lose everything dealing with RYDER. be cautious. I have proof and recites on everything. So please save yourself the trouble.
