Phil Cameron: Robison Service has an excellent reputation and are very capable of repairing and restoring a wide spectrum of makes and models. I do all of the maintenance on my cars but when my steering developed a leak in the rack & pinion I decided to give Robison Service a call. Marybeth was very easy to communicate with during the repair process and not only did they repair my steering but also resolved a couple of coding issues with my 2007 BMW 650i. Mike Dixon II: I have dealt with a couple different Jaguar dealerships for maintenance over the last few years, and no customer service has compared to the genuine conversation and atmosphere I discovered while interacting with the service department at this dealership. I wish I had known about them from the beginning. They will have my service for the rest of my time as a Jaguar owner - hands down.
John Pangelinan: Terrible customer service. Don’t try and set up a service for your vehicle with this dealership, they don’t respond to emails and when you call “they’re busy”. Absolutely ridiculous.
Mike Perfetto: I enjoyed working with salesperson Raquel and finance manager Steve. They were patient and not pushy, answered any questions I had, got the deal closed fast, and were helpful/accommodating through the whole process.

John Avedian: On 9/25/21 this dealer intentionally blocked access to a ChargePoint EV charging station because of an event nearby that they didn't want to provide parking for. This was unfortunately where we had planned to stop and charge on our trip and caused significant hardship as a result. If you're not going to allow parking for others you should make an exception to the ChargePoint member community since you're providing the service.

Mary-Anne Schelb: Thought we were getting a good deal... Guess not! We went in to purchase a used car off their lot. Seemed as though things were going great. They went thru car, said it was great, we took delivery of car, happy. First long drive, it comes up with an error code that requires immediate attention, DO NOT DRIVE. Brought it to our certified mechanic, came up with (SEVEN) 7 codes. $1000 later, this dealership won't warrantee, after being told if there was anything within 30 days to let them know. Not even an offer to cover any portion of the bill. Too bad... The new F-type really tickled my husbands' fancy... Oh well... Not worth buying a car from a dealership you can't trust! Our young salesman had seemed great. As a salesperson, your reputation is all you have! Aligning yourself with a dishonest dealership will only bring you down, and hard... I told him to run far and run fast.

Rene O'connell: Beware they gave me a bill for 1065.00 saying i needed front brakes on my car they failed to fix a coolant leak in a week I brought my car to another Jaguar dealership who fixed the coolant leak the next day didn't say anything about front brakes they gave me a evaluation of my car and in it, it said I had 70 % of front breaks left, Hope other people read this I don't think its right to try to charge people for things they don't NEED!!!!!!!!
