Hector Hector: Hi everyone I purchased 3 items for 2600 a Franco chain, a pendant, and a bracelet chain and bracelet was ok the pendant cost me $800 dollars it came in a week and half when I seen the pendant with my moms picture it was HORRIBLE for 800 dollars it looks like it’s worth 300 and not even I went back to speak with the owner he was real rude and did not do anything about it. He then threw the receipt to me unprofessional the lettering on the pendant looks like a 2 year old wrote it and they made a r into a v and still yet he did not want to fix it!!! I told him I am taking him to small claims court I am not satisfied at all specially for paying 800 dollars and his response is the price of gold went up!! So not right I’ll see you in court Emanuel jewelry Ohhh and you get no stars!!!!

The jeweler was incredibly rude and insulted my ring asking if I paid $10 or $20 for, it, after ignoring his comment I asked what an estimate would be to resize it and he said "cien" ($100) said excuse me and he loudly repeated himself and said "what dont speak espanol?"Probably cause I'm brown, I took my ring back and left, he insulted my ring my language and expects to pay him for the service. Edgar V: Brought 3 pieces to be fixed, 2 were done correctly, the 3rd was a piece a pendant of green amber that needed to be glued and ring to be changed to fit neck chain. The jewelery was returned with a piece of yellow Amber instead of green. I did not took a picture of it, so I could not prove it. He stole from me. LAST TIME I USED HIS SERVICE.

I went into Emanuelles to get my engagement ring resized and the guy who helped didn't really try to see if I needed anything and when I went up to him he was very rude . He asked about my ring and looked at it to see what it was and then proceeded to tell me that my fiancé didn't love me enough to get me a better ring with more carats. He basically threw the ring sizer at me when I told him I wasn't sure of my ring size. And then proceeded to talk to my grandmother and try to prove to my grandma that he couldn't take my ring and resize it because it wasn't silver or gold. He even insulted her by trying to take her wedding ring and show her that mine wasnt silver and when looking at her basically told her that he thought her ring was fake. After all this trouble we ended up walking out. Please do not go to this place. Do not buy anything or try to resize anything from this place. I've never had an experience like this in my life and his behavior was uncalled for and disrespectful.

Elizabeth Conrad: I bought one thing from this place. The warranties are iffy because basically they cover anything that’s broken but it does not cover lost or stolen. Depending on what jewelry you bought. However Monday through Saturday they are only open until 7 PM not 9 PM. Just went to go buy something today and online says they’re open until 9 PM. I think they need to update their times since they close apparently at seven. I got here at 8 o’clock at night and wasted my gas just to find out they were closed. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer their phones. Other than that their jewelry is very good. Just some of the staff are not. I do believe their staff could be trained better on explaining certain things.

Francesca: Unfortunately we had a not so great experience with this business. My husband brought his ring (originally purchased from Stephen Allen in 2017) in to be resized and when we were contacted to pick the ring up they mentioned they also rhodium plated it and it is an additional cost of $50. We found it odd that they did this without mentioning it or asking us first. I picked up the ring and my husband was unhappy with the new shiny finish since his original ring was a satin finish. Again, we found it strange that they would return the ring to us with a different finish than was given to them. I called and Steve was very accommodating and mentioned they would restore the satin finish free of charge. I brought the ring back and was told by one of the women to “adjust my expectations” because Steve would be doing this by hand. We picked up the ring a week later and it looks okay. You can definitely tell it was done by hand - some spots are rough to the touch. If I had any hope that they could correct the issue further we would go back but it’s not worth another trip at this point.What we are most displeased with is that there was no explanation or apology provided as to why the ring was rhodium plated or modified beyond the resize without our permission in the first place. The woman I dealt with left me with the impression that we were an inconvenience and that WE were somehow in the wrong.This seems to be an isolated incident based on the 5 star reviews but it was unfortunate nonetheless.I wish the option of sending it back to the manufacturer was presented to us originally. It seems that should have been the only solution given the situation. But I was blatantly told this would “NOT be going back to the manufacturer” by one of the sales associates. There have been too many trips spent on this matter and I hate leaving a poor review but this was our experience and the fact that it took a poor review to get to this point is upsetting.
