Robert O'Neil: To call them men’s watch novices would be an understatement. The owners expertise is limited to garage sale Rolex’s that have no paperwork or box to verify their authenticity. He admittedly sold Rados to many of his customers but no longer backs the brand or even carry them in store. It’s no wonder this guys been driving the same used G Wagon for 10 years, a salesmen that doesn’t know his own industry. Sad.

Jim T: Had gone here for years and George treated me right. Bought my Wife many rings there. Went back because wife wanted to upgrade from a 3/4 Carrot to a full Carrot DiamondWanted to trade in the 3/4 carrot Diamond but he wouldn't tell me what he would give me for it. After asking a couple of times he said he would give me $800 . Really upset that he would not be more forthcoming with the figure. I also asked him to write all the figures down so I could go home and crunch the numbers but that never happened either .I went to another Jeweler in Ct and he immediately said he would give me $1500 for the same 3/4 carrot ring towards a trade in.Moral of story - do your homework and don't accept the first offer you get.

Erin L: Finding a good jeweler is as hard as finding a good mechanic but Smith & Son makes it easy to trust who you are going to. They reset some Yogo Sapphire earrings for me in 14kt gold after the sterling silver settings they came with started irritating my ears. The new settings are absolutely stunning, same design as the original but better, and they honored my request to extend the posts. They are so comfortable now. It was a fair price to have them redone and the quality of the backs they gave me is amazing. They’ve also changed watch batteries for me, fixed a broken bracelet for me and reset prongs on stones and the prices are extremely reasonable. I can’t speak highly enough of this jeweler and the staff is all phenomenal. They are really a standout jeweler, they are always busy when I go in and you can see why. Prices on jewelry they sell also seems very reasonable and the quality and selection is stunning.Update: I went back to get some insurance appraisals done and Andrew and his team are the best, they were very thorough with the appraisals. I was also really hard pressed not to walk out with some of the gorgeous jewelry they had!

Stephanie Arroyo: I bought a gold ankle bracelet on March 20th, 2021. The man at that time was very helpful and even sized the bracelet around my ankle. We even joked about my legs at the moment. I paid in full for my ankle bracelet that day. Since then I have returned 3 times due to the links in the bracelet coming apart. I have taken off my bracelet at night time and for showers to prevent any more breakage. The first 2 times were no issue, but the third time both employers were extremely rude to me after I simply asked what my options were as the bracelet was less than 5 months old and it already broke 3 times. They both called me a liar, told me they would have to start charging me, that gold just breaks, that it’s my fault because they gave it to me new, that I was informed it was a hollow bracelet (meaning it’s more likely to break) yet they were still selling it at a high price, and one of them even laughed in my face. He even told me I was the only one complaining. I have been buying jewelry From this place since I was a teenager. I have earrings and necklaces that are still solid to this day from their store. Only trusted them with gold jewelry, so to be spoken to and treated in the manner that I was was not good business or a positive reflection of their business. They apparently have no policy or Good customer service. It may not matter to them, but they definitely lost my business and I will make sure that I leave this review anywhere I can.

I went into Emanuelles to get my engagement ring resized and the guy who helped didn't really try to see if I needed anything and when I went up to him he was very rude . He even insulted her by trying to take her wedding ring and show her that mine wasnt silver and when looking at her basically told her that he thought her ring was fake. After all this trouble we ended up walking out. Please do not go to this place. Do not buy anything or try to resize anything from this place. I've never had an experience like this in my life and his behavior was uncalled for and disrespectful.

I think they need to update their times since they close apparently at seven. I got here at 8 o’clock at night and wasted my gas just to find out they were closed.
