Linda Forbes: I have been to this location to purchase it and consignment. The assistant call and call and talked to someone in the Conn. location. She could reach the owner of the garment . Every time I went to Springfield office the agent would not allow the purchase. The coat is still there after 2 years they were asking a price I agreed to pay their price from consignment still after 2 years I am not allowed to purchase. Something is definite wrong 2 years I’m going back again this week to see what r the agent will do. I’ve never experienced Consignment as this. Thank.

Savers is my favorite charity to donate to. I know that they help children in need. My daughter was on the end of that good fortune twice with 2 wonderful bigs. The both were from UMASS in Amherst & they made sure their time with my daughter was special. So giving to Savers to help children get Bigs is great. Plus I love shopping there too. Great finds at a reasonable price. Found a runner for my dresser to put under my television so not to scratch it. It is a beautiful woven fabric, nice earth tones. Cost me a whole whopping $3.99. Told you love the deals.

(most ppl dont charge on hangers or bags but some do which is understandable). After we paid for the hangers (not anything fancy, walmart has better for free might i add) This chic, stops us at the door, humiliated me & my family, saying she told us 4x for hangers!! Thats an outright lie & why do u have option to pay for them then??!! J.H.: been a Savers customer for a long time and there's a lot I could say. overall it's a classic thrift store and it's huge - with tons of categories and items. donating things here is very easy and they give you a 20% off coupon every time which is awesome and can sometimes offset the overpricing of items that they do (it's not as bad as Goodwill though). sometimes items are priced OK and sometimes they are absurd. they get in new stuff often and there's a ton to look through. I never really bought clothes here but it is extremely stupid that they got rid of the dressing rooms - just a dumb decision for a multitude of reasons. also I wish they had hand baskets - they only have shopping carriages which makes the store harder to navigate and congested.

Wazir Gray: This was a beautiful and tragic experience simply because Bruce and everyone at R & R were Respectful, Kind, Considerate, and Honest with myself and my partner whom was overseas and I was attempting to secure a Bus to convert together for Road trips when they returned, the tragedy is that I was the one whom was untruthful to my friend and when they returned I gathered the strength to be truthful and this caused us to separate and subsequently I was forced to return the Bus. I took the bus to a mechanic in Medford whom serived the oil, transmission and thermostat and it was driving better than when I drove off with it originally and the transmission was much smoother and didn't slip. It cost me 371 dollars and now you are able to receive this as a blessing from my pain, loss and lesson. Be Truthful and be happy.

Asks me what she can help me with while simultaneously setting an expectation in the way she handled the call so far that I will probably not ultimately be tempted to describe that help as impressive. If a smirk could be audible, I am certain I heard one. Great final comment though... "We're not going to go all the way back there just for wheels."All the way back there. Perhaps THEY didn't actually put them all the way back there. Probably just spontaneously appeared all the way back there. How inconvenient. And then to be forced to sell these remotely located things.THEY claimed very clearly to sell used wheels and encouraged me to go get the data and bring it back to them. No evidence of any kind provided to me that indicates they did anything with it. They certainly never INFORMED their potential customer they stopped trying, if they actually ever started. Great form.THEY decided to open a business that takes place outdoors so being put off.. overly bothered by.. summer rain is inexplicable. It just didn't seem that bad walking in from parking "all the way" up the street to hear about the rain as an obstacle but maybe it rains harder all the way back there. But even if rain is an actual brick wall to following through, it later stopped raining and still... nothing.As a long time business man, the most charitable conclusion I can reasonably form is that the phrase "sell used wheels" means something extremely different to them than it does to the average person who is not them.Pointless waste of my time. This is the kind of stuff that gives business a bad name.

Sarah lynne Chouinard: I had nothing but the worst experience ever with this company they don't tell you when you buy parts through their company Empire that if you buy them there's absolutely no returns until after you already purchased the item so now I'm stuck with parts that have been in boxes in my spare bedroom and there's no way to return them or get my money back when I didn't even need them in the first place and if I knew about that return policy I would have never purchase the parts to begin with so they scam you into keeping your money that's an awful way to do business and I will never go back or ever recommend them

He is a whiz on the computer, locates the part and calls me right away when he has it up front. I won’t go anywhere else for used parts.

Lady Luck: I had the worse experience they toom there time to even take care of me no good coustmer service what so ever everyone was standing there not speaking but they tell me they dont sell electrical but then would not let me return apart that i bought litterly the day before the take half ur money its a big ripp off they dont work with you juss stealing from you with there polices juss cause they can .
